Regarding the pool, our pool heat reminders do note that it can take up to 48 hours to reach peak temperature, especially in cooler weather. We also apologize for the new towel, we had provided brand-new sets for your arrival, which typically require a few initial washes. We truly wish these items had been raised during your stay so we could have dispatched our technician and delivered a fresh, pre-washed set immediately.
