●You will be staying in a safe, warm and friendly community that is shared with other residents and Airbnb guests located on the property. This unit is located in back of the property.

●Potential for noise- Your stay includes a white noise device to assist with minimizing outside sounds if needed. Being in close proximity to everything, including passing car traffic, restaurants, & walkable local bars there is a potential for noise. However, much of the outside sounds are alleviated being inside the home.

●Security - The property is gated with outdoor 24/7 video surveillance

● Neighborhood- The home is located near the heart of Downtown, close to Medical Center and in the revitalized Economic Corridor of the Historic Third Ward area. You will notice the neighborhood is in transition, so it is not uncommon to see newly constructed homes, as well as, notice undeveloped or boarded homes near beautiful historical homes. In particular, there is a not so pretty house across from our home to soon be transitioned. However, this should not effect your stay or be of any concern. Despite this appearance and for perspective, this neighborhood is walkable, near a family community center and local parks. This is a very diverse community, infused with a rich culture that many guests find fascinating and tour while visiting.

●Local Activity- On beautiful sunny days , it is not uncommon to see community bike rides, bike tours, people walking dogs, enjoying music in their cars, going to local outdoor festivals, parks and much more.

●Things to Do- Local tours of the Historic Third Ward area include AIA Houston Third Ward Bike Tours, Project Row Houses Tour, 3rd Ward Bike Tours and more.
