Wonderful place to stay! We loved everything about it. The kids especially loved all the fun activities to do at the home like pool table and putting green at night when not at the beach on a rainy day. Definitely plan to return!

Best Trip to 30A

We recently stayed at this property for 7 days in August. The property is fantastic! This is our second time renting from Coastal Properties and will probably do it again next year. The property had everything we needed. From beach gear, bikes, community pool, and home amenities. The location is great as well. We had other family who stayed with us and they previously stayed in Destin. They liked the beach and ease of travel to Panama City for dinners or shopping over their Destin stay last year. There are a lot of stairs, but we didn't mind. All the rooms are thought out and beautiful decorated. The place was clean as well which is a big requirement for us.

Beautiful home. Beds are difficult for anyone older built into the floor and very tall. Two bedrooms without blackout curtains so waking up every morning at sunrise. Issues with hot water working in master bathroom. Broken TV on roof top and bikes needed some TLC. Great location and nice to have lake access for fishing.

The beds are built-in and raised as shown - we are sorry to hear they might have been a little challenging. We did check the hot water and everything appears to be operating as expected there - one of the seats of the bikes was loose so we went ahead and tightened that up - thank you!

This home is spotless, and I loved the fact that it was 15 mins from Panama City and 30 from Destin. It's a great place to stay if you are planning to go to Panama or Destin for vacation.

Sun Kissed

We stayed in this unit for spring break. We had an amazing time.. The unit was full of things to do as well as the bikes were also very helpful.. This location is close to a lot of spots in walking and riding bikes really good restaurants close to Rosemary amazing public beach access. The house was exactly like the pictures very comfortable. Beds were comfortable. House was extremely clean no complaints. Lots of space.!! we loved this and would definitely come back 10/10 post was amazing easy to ask questions about response responses no issues!

Lovely Home

The house was lovely, clean and exactly as it looked in the pictures. The EV charger was great plus. The kids loved playing pool and hanging on the rooftop playing cards. We had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great Stay

We had a great time at Sun Kissed and Jake was a great host. They house had every luxury amenity you could imagine and makes a great luxurious stay. The location is a short walk to the beach, quick drive if you want to play golf and a very short drive to Rosemary Beach. Would definitely come back again.

House is fantastic. Large rooms, comfortable beds, well stocked. Gourmet kitchen! Only complaint was location and I should have paid more attention to it. Crossing 98 to go to the beach was a bit nerve racking on bikes. Very cool house and 4th floor was fantastic for morning coffee and evening sunsets.

We stayed at Sun Kissed with a party of 10 and had the best time! The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed—there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and relax. The kids had a blast, and we loved how family-friendly the space was.The rooftop area was a major highlight—perfect for sunset views and morning coffee. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to local shops and restaurants.The hosts were responsive and made everything super easy.

Beautiful home and just minutes to Rosemary Beach! We had a great time here. We had some unfortunate weather over the weekend and much of our time was spent indoors, luckily there was more than enough room and activities inside the house to keep us comfortable and entertained. The property manager was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here with a larger group!
