We loved the home it was perfect. Some suggestions you can use an ironing board, and broom. Outdoor cushions have been stained badly.We had fun and thank you again.

The house was nice and clean and the layout was perfect for our family. It stayed cool inside in the hot summer heat. It was just as advertised. We would stay again!

The location and property itself is in a nice area. The pool is also nice and so is the view from the balcony. The layout of the unit is nice however the furniture is cheaply made/ put together. Two of the door handles broke off as soon as we opened them. The downstairs bunk beds were missing several screws and slats. The slats actually fell off a few times. The upstairs bed, the slats also kept falling. The downstairs shower curtain rod kept falling and would not stay up. I reached out the first evening and was told she would send someone out, but then never did and the things were never fixed. We were not provided a unit number when we checked in luckily I zoomed in on one of the pictures and found it. I was also asked several times if I could leave a good review.

Great property

This property was great. Check in was smooth and Nina the host was great. The property is as described and extremely comfortable. The community is really cute and the pool was extremely clean. The view is outstanding. However, the downstairs AC did take a while to cool and when we arrived the sheets were full of dog hair. I immediately contacted Nina and she assisted immediately. Overall, this property was amazing. We will return.

The good-The house was cute, spacious, very clean and the beds & pillows were comfortable. The not so good- The upstairs balcony furniture & throw pillows were filthy. The refrigerator seal/gasket needs replacing. Our food would not stay cold without us propping something against the door to keep it closed. The air conditioner was not working one evening, we made a call to the management company and they were VERY PROMPT to have a repairman out. The drain line just needed blowing out which would normally be taken care of with regular maintenance. The kitchen could have been stocked better. There were only four teaspoons even though the house sleeps 10. There were skillets but no pots and no blender or mixer. Most rentals have a book that gives emergency contact info, recommends local restaurants, attractions, etc., and check-out requirements. This one did not. I did send a message asking about our checkout responsibilities and no one responded. I finally called right before we left and was told to bring all dirty towels to the downstairs bathroom and put dirty dishes in the dishwasher & turn it on. However, there was no dishwasher soap. So we had to go buy some. Before we arrived I asked if there were chairs around the pool & was told yes.There were none. We would have brought our own. The bunkbeds definitely need more slats and were missing a number of screws.The doorknob on the "queen room" door kept falling off. Please check for burned out lightbulbs!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great except for the downstairs TV, which didn't work. We reported this to the Property Management on day 1, they never repaired it. It really affected our kids entertainment and we are very disappointed.

Property has a lot of potential; however, host needs improvement. Floors were dirty, my feet were black after walking barefoot in the house for just a few minutes. Garbage disposal was not working and host didn’t tell us until check in time via email. Kitchen cabinets had grease residue on them. There was a small broom but no dustpan. We did not have access to the garage for a grill, cooler and other beach items that we brought for our trip. Beach house rental with no beach towels. There were only 2 trash bags in a small kitchen trash can and only 1 roll of paper towels for a reservation of a family of 8 for a weekend. These are inexpensive items which I bought but I shouldn’t have to go out of my way to go out and buy these items during my vacation.

Fun but had issues

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation house was beautiful but first day we got there a kitchen chair broke when sat on. It made us on edge trusting the rest of the furniture, especially the bunk beds. The pool lights were not turning on at night. Finally towards the end a few red and green lights came on. It took a day for the house to somewhat cool. It turns out the air filter needed to be changed. Customer service was so helpful though! Other than that everyone had a great time!

We will be back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We go to Rockport 4x a year for work booking a place with a private pier for fishing. This time we stayed at a different property, as the one we normally stay at (which was great) was not available. The new place is really nice and clean, closer to town and has even more amenities than the last (one of which is an amazing, clean pool right by the pier. The pier is new and has nice boat slips which makes it easier for multiple people to fish without crossing over or getting in others way. The house has a downstairs living area which worked out perfectly for my CO worker, while my wife and I had the top floor (where the master, with an amazing master bathroom, the kitchen, main living area, and a half bath which was nice to have. The views are AMAZING you get the perfect sunset views from the unit and both sunrise and sunset views from the pier. As Lways always, Rockport Escapes Nina was always available to help. I think we found our new spot! Forgot to say, LOVE having two balconies furnishes so that my co worker and I could have our own outdoor space as well. Fishing great got a lot of bites hooked onto Several gar even (I will be back with bigger better tackle on a mission to land 1 of these monsters) also catching a nice kfish on the last night!
