Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (15 minutes)

Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Skylights draw natural light deep into the home, and the wide sliding doors frame a fully fenced backyard where the pool and spa wait just steps away. Whether you are starting the morning with coffee on the patio or gathering everyone for a late-night swim, this five-bedroom Orlando Area home is built around the moments that make a group trip memorable. There is room here for every age, every pace, and every plan.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 14 guests across five bedrooms and a family room. On the first floor, the master ensuite offers a king bed, a standalone shower, a large soaking bathtub, and sliding doors that open directly to the pool area. A second ensuite on the upper floor features a king bed. The remaining bedrooms include a room with 2 queen beds, a themed room with 2 single beds, and a room with 1 full bed and 1 twin bed. Every bedroom is equipped with a smart TV and ceiling fan. The family room rounds out the sleeping arrangements with a sectional and a queen sofa bed, plus its own smart TV.

Indoor living
The air-conditioned game room is a destination on its own - a 55-inch TV, pool table, foosball table, arcade games, life size games, and board games give guests of every age something to compete over. A children's playroom stocked with books, toys, and baby safety gates keeps the youngest guests entertained. For those who need to stay connected, a dedicated workspace sits in a quiet room with a door. Central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades keep every part of the home comfortable.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a Maytag refrigerator, Maytag stove, Maytag stainless steel single oven with built-in air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, and Keurig coffee machine. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and baking sheets are all on hand. A dining table brings the whole group together, and coffee is provided to start each morning.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is fully fenced and set up for long days outside. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area surround the pool and spa, both available year-round and open 24 hours. Pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee. A charcoal BBQ grill is included, with a propane grill available as an optional rental. A half bath accessible directly from the pool area adds everyday convenience.

Bathrooms
Three and a half bathrooms serve the home. The first-floor master ensuite includes a soaking bathtub, standalone shower, and bidet. Starter kit toiletries, hair dryers, and hot water are provided throughout.

Location
Situated in the Orlando Area, the home puts you within easy reach of the theme parks, golf courses, shopping, and local dining. Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock, and a shared gym is located close to the property. Free resort access means guests can also make use of nearby resort facilities. Four driveway spaces and free street parking are available.

Good to know
The home is pet-friendly (up to 50 lbs with approval). A crib, pack 'n play, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, and babysitter recommendations are available for families traveling with little ones. Free in-unit washer and dryer, exterior security cameras facing outward, and self check-in via keypad round out the essentials. Housekeeping is available at an extra cost.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
