Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

BEDROOM 1.....Master bedroom and is located on the first floor and offers a stand alone shower and a large soaking bath tub. This room faces the pool and offers sliding glass doors leading to the pool area. This is an ENSUITE....also offering a bidet. smart TV with ceiling fan anda Rain Shower head.

BEDROOM 2...second ENSUITE and located on second floor and offering a King bed with smart TV with ceiling fan

BEDROOM 3....offers a 2 queen beds and a smart TV with ceiling fan

BEDROOM 4....2 single beds. is Finding Nemo themed and offers smart TV and celing fan

BEDROOM 5 offers 1 full bed and 1 twin bed and a ceiling fan with smart TV

FAMILY ROOM offers a sectional with a queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress and smart TV. Also as sliding doors leading to the pool area and a ceiling fan

KITCHEN is fully equipped with most cooking utensils. Our oven is built with an Air Fryer. Stainless steel appliances with granite counters.

POOL/SPA.....can be heated if you choose for an additional cost. Our pool is 15 by 30

GAME ROOM - The game room offers a 55-inch TV, a pool table, a foosball table, and a variety of board games, all in a comfortable, air-conditioned space.. We also have arcade games that you will enjoy during your stay.

This luxury pool villa offers a main ensuite on the first floor with a king bed and faces the pool. Our second ensuite is located on the second floor with 3 additional bedrooms. Our pool villa is brightly lit with skylights set over the stair case. Safety is of utmost importance so there is a pool gate secured around our pool and spa area. Our game room is equipped with a pool and foos ball table as well as various board games. Some pool toys are also provided.
We offer a charcoal grill free of charge or you can rent a Propane gas grill.

Our pool is outdoors and located in the back yard. It is cleaned weekly and we make every attempt to keep it free of debris and leaves, but at times leaves and debris may end up at the surface especially on a windy day. We have provided a portable skimmer for you to remove any of these items should you encounter any.
To conserve energy, when our exterior doors and door leading to the garage or game room is open for more than 5 minutes the Ac will be shut off. If you like the fresh outdoor air that is great because if you open the exterior doors the AC will be off in 5 miuntes. However, if you prefer the home to be cool from the Ac it is important to keep all exterior doors and the door leading to the garage or game room closed at all times.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
