Beautiful Home and Friendly Owner

We have had an amazing one month stay at Alan's property, everything is extremely tidy, the neighborhood was very quiet, the house is phenomenal and Alan is extremely helpful. We could not have asked for a better host or a better home, everything was absolutely perfect, we will definitely be staying at Alan's property's again in the future.

House was lovely and Alan was great

The house was lovely and had everything we needed. It was cozy and comfy and Alan was a terrific host and very attentive to my messages since we got in later than we planned. Will definitely be back.

Easy, Peasy

Alan made the stay effortless. House was easy to locate and gain access. Communication was quick and precise. Plenty of space to relax and easy access to the surrounding area. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

The house was we hoped it would be. Our only disappointment was the kitchen. There were Not enough dishes, pots and pans , or utensils for cooking. So if you plan on cooking here, you will be disappointed with the kitchen.

Thank you for your review, look like this’s not friendly stay and reviewed. When you booked this house, you may have seen that we prepared for four people to stay, so all the tableware and kitchen supplies are ready for four peoples, if you need more extra person stay or for your visitors no problem. But you were only came for two peoples. When you checked in day I also told you that I live very close to you, if you need anything I am always available for you but you’re never asked. Even you were called me ask about how you can scroll the TV channel, I did quick answered your question and resolve for you. Of course at same time I was told you if you need anything please feel free to let me know. But you are not. Actually you did cooked a lot, made the kitchen, cooktop, and the oven were mess, burnt, and burns. Cost me to hire the professional cleaning team to refresh and clean these mess for 4 hours. I didn't complain with you, I didn't ask you to pay these. I know you have damaged deposit but I didn't complaint or to ask charge you to responsible. You know why, because I always appreciate everyone stayed, I always wish my guest stay more convenient, more comfortable, more like their home. Thank you and your husband stayed. God bless you

Cinco Ranch Home

The furnishings that are depicted in the pictures online are not current. The house was roomy and comfortable and furnished adequately. I did receive complaints from family members about the comfort all of the beds located upstairs. Alan, the property owner was. very friendly and cooperative. The only thing that I could critique would be the pictures of the furnishings in the den, back patio and dining room are not current.

Dear Jeffrey, Thank you for your review. We were upgraded living room furniture from the old upholstery to new Ashley brand real leather, dining room change the old wood dining to the soft upholstery sitting, more look the luxury, the patio furniture look like more strong than before that you family don’t like it? Surly we are almost fully booked out since this property opened 7 months ago, we did many upgrade, we want everyone stay comfortable, cozy haven’t got the chance to take upgrade pictures from above area but I will. Thanks

Above & Beyond

Both the property itself and Alan, the property manager, exceeded my expectations. Alan was extremely communicative before my trip and during my trip. During our stay, the plumbing in the half bath was sluggish. However, Alan came to the home on Thanksgiving morning and quickly fixed it himself! WOW! Now that is what I call service! And the home was absolutely stunning. The pictures do not convey just how spacious the home truly is. Another reason that I enjoyed my stay is because it comes equipped with all the comforts of home, too. When we return, this will be the property that we book! Alan, thanks for all!

Second Time Around at this Katy Home Was Terrific

My wife and I had another wonderful stay at this two-story home in a quiet mature neighborhood of Katy. We stayed for a month earlier in the year and we decided to visit our family and again stay in Alan's home since he made it so easy to check-in and check-out and provided any support needed during our stay at the home. Our grandchildren slept over with us a couple of evenings and utilized the spacious upstairs bedrooms and loved watching movies in the upstairs activity room. My wife really likes the treadmill provided so she could get her day started with some exercise each morning. And the upstairs office provided me the necessary space to work remotely during our 10-day stay. We highly recommend this property for any upcoming stays in the Katy area.

Very Comfortable Month in Katy Home

Our 4-week stay in this Katy home was a wonderful experience. Alan, the host, was extremely kind and responsive to every question or concern that my wife and I had before and during our stay. The home is quite spacious (4 BR/3.5 BA) and located in a very quiet and mature neighborhood. The upstairs office and exercise/TV room got significant use. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen, laundry, outdoor back patio, and garage added to our comfort level. We would definitely stay in this property again if the need arose in the Katy area.

Very nice home, very nice owner.

Check in was good. The owner is stellar; very much wants renters to be happy. Very responsive & helpful. We would stay at the property again. The only two comments i would have for those considering the property is that the pictures are old and furnishings are dramatically different now. That said, we were just fine with the very modest furnishings in the home now. Also i have vrbo’d so many times, Im not sure how many, but this owner requires a separate docusign contract the day of move in. I have never seen this before. Totally took me by surprise as i was driving alone into town & couldn't review and execute on the road. This separate contract is very specific, very onerous, with specific & substantial monetary penalties for infractions. It was not a problem for us because we were just coming & going, staying, seeing old friends, etc so no worries. We are very near, clean and rule followers so not a problem. Just be aware or ask for the document maybe in advance of the rental agreement??? Again communication with owner was fast, easy, he offered to help with anything and everything. I really like him and we would stay with them again for sure.
