Beautiful waterfront home. Was perfect for our extended family to all be together. Our only issue was the third floor was extremely hot compared to the main floor. They did have fans provided so that helped.

Every bed in the house was hella squeaky and uncomfortable. Woke up hurting every day. Food was left all throughout the house. Looked like cleaning crew didn't even stop by. Fruit loops left on balcony, water bottle wrapper clung to tub, food crumbs every where throughout the house. Floor had a sticky film on it as if they didn't dilute the cleaner. Most lights were unable to turn on in rooms. Cushions on chairs in kitchen area were not secure. If you intend to take a bath, I hope you like tepid water because it never got even warm. When you turn on the shower in the master bathroom, turn the shower head or you will get soaked before you get in. If you want light in the master bathroom, you have to switch the exhaust fan AND the light switch on or it won't work... didn't learn that until check-out time. Peeing in the dark was not my favorite. Walking to the beach was however very easy and clean.

We would have certainly sent the cleaning company back to address any concerns immediately. We provide multiple avenues for communication and have staff readily available to assist at all times. We understand that mattress comfort is a matter of personal preference, but we appreciate you sharing your feedback and will keep it in mind should we receive similar comments in the future. Had the absolute best time with family and friends. Very clean with plenty of room for our 14 guests. Everything was close by. Beach right at your feet. Could not of asked for a better place.

Labor Day Getaway

We stayed at this property over labor day weekend and had an absolutely great time. The house was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes and towels we needed. We can't wait to come stay again!

Perfect for large groups

We were very pleased with our stay. We had a large group full of adults and children. We enjoyed the large inside space, large table and private beach. Renters were very responsive. Easy check in and out process!

Perfect Location

This property and property management was awesome! We loved the area of Fort Morgan! The property was far enough out that there was no crowd but close enough to drive in if we wanted to do something. The communication with the property management could not have been better! If you are looking for a great place to stay with your family, this is the place!

The house was a little different than what I thought it was going to be and had a weird smell which I figured was paint but it served the purpose and we had a great time and a great stay. The management company were lovely people which made the process so smooth and they were quick to email or text.
