Welcome to our gorgeous, newly-renovated one bedroom with bunks and sleeper sofa. You will love watching the beautiful sunset views from your 17th floor getaway.

This unique resort in PCB features a kids' water park with slides, spray toys, and splash bucket for great family fun. It also has a children's frog-themed splash pad, family pools, a hot tub and lazy river.

Inside our clean and bright Splash Kids Paradise condo, you'll enjoy a spacious living area with large sofa, oversized chair, smart TV and access to our private balcony with incredible water views. Our kitchen is well equipped for meals and snacks and provides you with all appliances large and small (blender, toaster, coffee maker, ice maker, etc) plus cookware, dishware and all utensils. The washer and dryer is full sized for your convenience.

The bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, clothing storage, and an ensuite bathroom with a garden tub/shower combo. We have a full sized bunk nook in the hallway area, plus a sleeper sofa rounds out the sleeping space for six occupants. A second bathroom includes a walk-in shower. Free wifi is available as well.

We include free beach service daily for our guests (2 chairs & umbrella). And there simply is no comparison to Splash Resort anywhere on the Emerald Coast. Here you'll find unique amenities perfect for families including a kids mini water park, splash pad, lazy river, seasonally heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, poolside bar & grill (open seasonally), and more!

Splash Resort is located on the quiet west end of PCB, yet still close to many popular restaurants and attractions. It's less than one mile to the Carousel Supermarket and always popular Thomas Donuts. Pier Park is less than three miles away and offers a plethora of restaurants and shopping plus the Sky Wheel carousel.

Important Policies:

~ Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
~ No pets or ESA allowed.
~ No smoking or parties allowed.
~ A signed rental agreement and a $200 damage deposit hold (released upon uneventful checkout) are required prior to arrival.
~ Guest must complete the resort's registration and pay a $35 resort fee upon arrival.
