Third Coast Charm is a new 3BR/3.5BA Port Aransas townhome, located at Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community. In this end unit, you're only 30 yards from the pool and within a short walk of a gorgeous stretch of sand!
This contemporary home also boasts two private balconies, two beautiful master bedrooms, and a spacious bunk room on the top floor that doubles as a bonus living area.
LIVING AREA
Kick back with a movie on the 55' flat-screen TV. Thereâs plenty of room to relax between a comfy armchair and queen sleeper sectional.
KITCHEN & DINING
The gourmet kitchen sparkles with turquoise tile work, glossy countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
A breakfast bar seats four, while a large dining table seats eight.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This three-story townhouse sleeps up to 10 guests between three bedrooms and two queen-size sleeper sofas.
On the second floor, the master bedroom boasts a king bed, 50â flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. An en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower combination.
On the entry level, the second bedroom offers a king bed, a reading nook, and a 50â flat-screen TV. An en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
On the top floor, a third bedroom has a total of six XL long twins beds (two sets of XL twin-over-twin bunks beds and two XL twin beds). This room also has an open sitting area with a 65' flat-screen TV, queen-size sleeper sofa, bean bags, and plenty of extra chairs. An en-suite bathroom offers a double vanity and tub/shower combination.
A half bath on the second floor provides added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Enjoy morning coffee on private balconies, one off the dining area and one off the master bedroom. Seating is available in both outdoor spaces.
Follow the private boardwalk to the beach or walk less than 30 yards to sunbathe by the community pool.
Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community.

Guest amenities include a washer/dryer, gas grill, complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, and over 20 board games, 100 DVDs, sand toys, and corn hole.
Parking is available for three cars (one in the garage, two in front of the garage). Street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.
THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
