Beautiful Open Concept Pool House With Lanai and Private Fenced In Yard

Welcome to this gorgeous pool home designed for entertaining and relaxation. Only 7 miles from Englewood Beach, this vacation rental has what you are looking for. When you enter you will be greeted by a beautiful open floor plan showcasing the living room, dining room, exercise area and kitchen. The living room is equipped with a 65" 4k TV with Dolby Atmos soundbar, beautiful tropical decor and fully opening slider glass doors to transform the space into an open air indoor/outdoor oasis. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you may need to fully enjoy your stay, if you have a particular question about an item, feel free to ask if we have it.

The main living area separates the king bed en suite from the two guest bedrooms and bathroom. Featured in the king suite are fully opening sliding glass doors leading out to the relaxing covered lanai, creating another indoor/outdoor space you can fully enjoy. There is a walk in closet as well as large storage closet with ample shelving in the bathroom. There is a fully equipped two-screen (standing feature) desk setup in this suite as well if you happen to be WFH or have a meeting or two during your stay. Laptop/Computer is not included but yours can easily be hooked up.

The first guest bedroom features a queen bed with a twin XL trundle bed. The second guest bedroom features a full over full (also known as double over double) bunk bed that also has a twin XL trundle bed. Both rooms feature large closets and a small dresser.

In the covered lanai area you can expect to unwind, relax and get your vacation on with friends and family to the relaxing ambiance of waterfall sounds. There is plenty of seating throughout the entire home and the lanai is no exception. Dining seating for six as well as an outdoor couch and two additional seats are under the covered patio area accompanied by a fire table. Besides the pool you can find two comfortable sun loungers. There are plenty of fun pool floaters available in the outdoor chest for your enjoyment.

CHILD PROOF: One great feature of this rental is that it is child friendly. The pool area as well as kitchen cabinets can be made child proof upon request for the duration of your stay. As you can see in one of the pool photos, a baby barrier is shown. There are magnetic child locks that can be activated on all the lower kitchen cabinets as well. Some items available for you are: a high chair, a puddle jumper, shaded infant pool float, baby camera (Bluetooth, does not connect to WiFi so it will never be available by any device other than the accompanying screen), and pack and play crib.

EXERCISE AREA: for the active person, to make your stay more enjoyable there is an elliptical in the workout area right off the living room. There is a yoga mat, resistance bands, weight bench, and a set of PowerBlock EXP stage 2 dumbbells (can range up to 70lbs each).

BEACH GEAR & SHARK TOOTH HUNTING: Available for you to bring and enjoy at the beaches are folding chairs, a small cooler, cooler bags and a shade umbrella. If you are a fan of shark tooth hunting there is a long handled metal sifter. The infamous Venice Beach is just a 20 mile drive and makes for an incredible day trip.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS: Up to two dogs under 40 lbs are allowed for a pet fee of $100. Please make sure to select this when booking or inquiring.

SECURITY NOTES: The property has a Ring security system installed. A front door Ring doorbell, and 1 Ring camera on each backyard gate entrance facing toward the front, and 1 Ring camera above the garage facing the driveway. Cameras only monitor outside front yard / driveway / front door.
