THE VIEW
Experience stunning ocean, beach, and pier views from every room! Walk in, and immediately see waves crashing on the sand. Take in the views while drinking your morning coffee or eating breakfast as you enjoy being warmed by the sun on your south-facing balcony
KITCHEN AND DINING
Enjoy wood flooring, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. This beautiful kitchen is also equipped with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and everything you need to serve up some tasty meals! The dining area comfortably seats 4. There are also 2 additional spots at the bar for quick bites.
LIVING AREAS
The living area is tastefully furnished with plenty of comfortable sitting arrangements for 4+. Relax in either of the two large leather recliners or sink into a spot on the comfy couch and unwind by watching your favorite shows on the large flat screen smart TV. Cable TV is also provided free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a tiled fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.
SLEEPING
C212 is set up to sleep 4 guests with two queen-sized beds in the Master Bedroom. The bedroom also hosts a large dresser, closet, and a large Smart TV with cable. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is also a Queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. This way, no matter your group configuration, there's a set up that works for everyone.
EXTRAS
C212 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2)
**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to helo create cooling cross breezes.

C212 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.
If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is centrally located you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!
