Great place!

This vrbo was perfect! It was beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed. The rooftop balcony was amazing and we enjoyed planning cornhole up there. I highly recommend this place for large groups!

Great spot while working out of town for the week!

This was a great place for us to come back to after a long day of work. Home away from home! There was plenty of room for each of us to have our own space. Great location.

Daughters birthday celebration

Good location and plenty of room to celebrate our daughters birthday. Small things missing like toilet paper, paper towels, full length mirror would have been nice. Check in and out was easy. They requested that we wash sheets and towels, but there was no laundry detergent. Same with the dishwasher, no dish detergent. Overall we had a nice time.

Pretty great

The location was a little to be desired, don’t get me wrong it was a pretty quick Uber/Lyft ride to downtown, but you get a lot of random people walking through the construction area, and there was a fight that broke out in one of the houses across the street which was a little awkward when we were on the rooftop. Check in and communication were great. My biggest pet peeve and is probably the biggest reason I didn’t give it 5 stars, is because they have the thermostat under lock and key!! When you are on the main living room area none of the windows open, so there was zero breeze and we couldn’t turn the AC down. It also got very stuffy upstairs when trying to sleep, we didn’t even hang out in the main living/kitchen area for too long because everyone was sweating. I get it, electric is not cheap right now, but for the price we should have been able to feel comfortable, especially when getting ready to go out for the evening and while sleeping.

A Rocky Start

When I booked the stay I saw a screen that said I did not get my reservation due to it being unavailable. So I booked with another host. I soon found out that I have booked 2 places to stay. When I asked this host to cancel my booking within a few hours of making the reservation and the host was not cancelling. I worked with VRBO so to change my plans and the 2nd host did allow me to cancel. So this host is not flexible with making any changes to reservations including Check in or Check out times etc. The host has several automated text messages with strict reminders for check in and check out procedures which are a bit much for adults renting a house. The house is nice and has the basic amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The beds are not very comfortable the sectional sofa in the living room feels like you are sitting on the floor. The kitchen does not have enough cookware to create even a breakfast for a group of 5 people. The water pressure is minimal in the bathrooms for taking showers. On our second day there was a strong rainstorm and there was leaking on the 2nd and 3rd floors so when I reached out to the host he told me to make sure a window was closed tightly. I am a REALTOR of nearly 30 yrs and have built 35 homes this leak was much more than a window slightly opened. There is no access to the thermostats and it was unusually cold in Nashville during our stay. ** MY rating for this property is a 3+ due to service.

Nice place but had no AC for majority of our stay with heat index 108!!!!

The property was nice. Fairly clean, but kind of in a sketchy area. It would have been an amazing stay if the AC was working and my interaction with the owner about the situation leaves much to be desired. 2-night stay Fri/Sat. Didn't get to the house until 11pm Friday and it was hot inside 74. The heat index was 108! I Messaged the owner through VRBO SAT and he was helpful at first letting us know we could adjust thermostat. After assisting in troubleshooting a few things to try to avoid someone having to come out, it was determined that the AC unit wasn't even running and the condensate pan was full of water. The owner stated that maintenance would be out. Owner would not provide any ETA for maintenance and refused to give a number to talk to owner directly. I responded it wasn't an acceptable response, we paid a lot to stay and it was 80degrees inside! We were sweating and miserable! Owner's response: "He’s on his way Sara. It’s Saturday, we’re blessed to have someone even coming. He’s 4 minutes away. He will be there, we try not to bombard them with messages, he will be there." - I responded with a nice but straight forward message(too long to paste into review) about how the response was condescending and it was a major problem to not have ac. Literally NO response that pertained to my message just a message to review the property so here it is! No sorry you sweat your butt off for the majority of your stay! 430 SAT we finally had AC! ridiculous! Don't waste your money!

we had a great time with family and friends at the rental. Property was new and clean and a short uber to the strip. the rooftop balcony was also a great place to hang out!

Everything was good. Loved the view from the roof top patio. Neighbors are friendly and no issues with safety. Short Uber ride to many places. Suggestions fro improvement would be better cleaning between stays of guest.

Bachelorette Weekend

This condo was great sized and stocked well! It had just about everything in the kitchen you could need which was amazing! It was also very easy to park on the street. Unfortunately the condo was very dirty. There was dust and dirt and cobwebs just about everywhere and used cups in bedrooms and on the rooftop when we arrived. I think they might just need a new cleaning staff, but I was not happy with the dirtiness. The location was just a short uber to downtown. There’s some things to do around the condo but more on Broadway. Also, the condo has many staircases so just know it is not very accessible, if that is something you’re looking for with your group.

Beautiful house- sketchy area-

The cleanliness of the was was sub par- sheets were not washed, and the neighbourhood is not ideal- there are so many beautiful neighborhoods in Nashville. The house is great- nicely decorated.The house next door is a literal crack house and beside that is a actual dilapidated house that the neighborhood hood throws their garbage in. It’s pretty nasty. The owner got back to me in a timely fashion.
