The house is situated in a delightful, peaceful region of France, dotted by hilltop villages, ancient ruins and castles, charming rivers, impressive gorges and magnificent rural scenery.

It is the perfect location for families travelling together or for an individual family.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION:
- 1st - Parental suite is 30m2 equipped with a 160x200 queen bed, egg shaped bath tub, bathroom with shower and toilet, terrasse with jacuzzi. It has central aircon and a ceiling fan.

- 2nd - Perential suite 30m2 is has it's own separate lounge area/ excercise room with a sofa bed and desk, a 160x200 queen bed, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. It has split aircon/heating and a ceiling fan in both the lounge area and the bedroom. The small lounge/excersise room has large double door windows that open up to the front of the house so can be used independantly.

- 3rd - Bedroom is 20m2 equipped with a 140x200 double bed and a small ensuite with shower. It has reverse aircon/heating and a ceiling fan.

- 4th- Parental suite is a separate studio 30m2 (attached to the house) with a private garden. It is equipped with a separate fully equipped kitchen, 160x 200 bed, private bathroom and toilet. It has split aircon/heating and a ceiling fan. Having a private entrance means that it is not suitable as bedroom for young children on their own. It is the perfect space to host older parents for example as it is a quiet and independant.

The house can host a maximum of 8 adults (+baby/babies)

SIZE : The house is set on grounds of 1 hectare; indoor living space of 300m2, outdoor terrassed living space of 100m2 + garden.

Guest access
The house is in the mids of the vineyards, with few neighbors. The total space is 1.5hectares, living space 300m2 terraces 100m2. There is a large garden with olive and fruit trees. It is a safe and quiet area for adults and children. You can go walking into the vineyards and forests from the house and the area is very popular also for bike riding.
