Such a beautiful, comfortable, home away from home that was just perfect for us crafty-friends that flew in from different states. Nadine was excellent with communication & making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay amazing. We all highly recommend this VRBO!

Special way for our welcome which was a nice surprise!

This place was very comfortable and clean. It had everything needed in the kitchen and kids had plenty to keep them busy with the pool and games. Beds were comfortable too.

We had a wonderful experience from check in to check out. Everything was perfect and as expected. The house had plenty of space and was very comfortable, the pool was awesome

The home was as described. The kitchen was nice as it had two coffee makers along with coffee and creamers. Pool and backyard was well maintained and made for a really nice area to relax. Bedrooms were a decent size and the pool table along with arcade game was a nice touch for the kids.

Be Active or Be Relaxing - you choose!

Week-long stay at SweetSuncation property with our family (our 3 'kids' were between 21 and 26). There were more than enough amenities (coffee maker, grinder, spices, utensils, cookware, glassware, etc.) to meet all needs. Plenty of space to spread out, and plenty of games to stay active (pool table, cornhole, board games, etc.). The backyard pool, seating area and bluetooth speakers were fantastic. Highly recommend this place to stay for a family with toddlers through adulthood -- this place meets all age groups. Location is close to any store, and close to downtown Gilbert (which is one of the nicest 'small' towns). Property owners are incredibly responsive and informative. Don't pass on this property!

Sweet Suncation has all of the amenities of a resort while enjoying the comforts of home. Nadine is an attentive host and quick and helpful with questions and recommendations. We had 4 kids ranging from 1 year to 17 years and there was not a shortage of things to do . Sweet Suncation is immaculate, the pool was amazing and all of the fun things for families to enjoy together show how thoughtful Duane and Nadine have been in creating an amazing retreat. We are already planning our next visit!

Beautiful Gilbert house

Wonderful house in nice neighborhood. Comfortable beds and upgraded bathrooms. The backyard and pool are great. The host was friendly and responsive. This is an excellent place for a family getaway.

We are a close family of eight from Seattle, WA, who love to travel. We have five daughters and one son, and a few years ago our oldest daughter decided to attend college in the Phoenix area, which is what led us to invest in a vacation home there. Our desire was to make it our home away from home while sharing that same opportunity for other people from around the country (and in some cases, the world) to enjoy it as well.

We've always felt that the intentionality of regularly spending time together as a family or as a couple, away from busy lives and distractions, can make a big difference in the quality of our relationships. As a Marriage and Relationship Coach, I've seen the effects of it with my clients time and time and again.

This is why we're ecstatic anytime we get to be a part of couples, family and friends getting to take a special trip together and making wonderful memories while staying in our vacation home! As a result, we strive to make Sweet Suncation as comfortable and relaxing as we can and put every effort into creating the type of experience for our guests that we would want to enjoy as well.

It’s in a safe, quiet neighborhood close to parks, downtown Gilbert, shopping, restaurants, bars and breweries, coffee shops, golf courses, hiking, spring training, and pretty much anything you could want while on vacation. It’s also super close to the freeway so getting to the airport, Scottsdale, Tempe, ASU, GCU, or Phoenix is a breeze.
