Villa de luxe colossale, avec piscine et spa à Hilton Head

Thank you for the great review! Sorry you had a little trouble finding and accessing the property at first, but glad everything went smoothly after that. We’re happy the property was clean, the kitchen well organized, and that there was plenty of space for your entire family! Glad the quick access to the pool and beach was a big plus. We look forward to hosting you again! Sincerely, Anne with Host2Coast

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay, especially with the flood situation impacting the use of one of the rooms for your trip. We understand how disappointing it is when unexpected issues affect your vacation experience. Once we became aware of the extent of the situation, we worked to explore options to relocate you, including looking into alternatives with another rental company. We sincerely apologize that this impacted your stay and appreciate your patience while we worked to find the best possible solution. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the pool area and will share your comments with building management, as they oversee the shared areas of the property. The leak itself originated from a shared building area, and we will continue to communicate with management regarding these concerns. Thank you again for sharing your experience and giving us the opportunity to improve.

Thanks for the 5 stars, Lea!
