Welcome to Beau Harbor! A new, professionally decorated retreat perfect for families or friends exploring historic Beaufort and the Crystal Coast. Enjoy premium amenities (pool, grill, clubhouse, firepit, pickleball courts, and a private dock (boat pickup/drop-off, kayak launch, or fishing) and nearby Freedom Park. Plenty of restaurants and stunning nearby beaches.

Enjoy 4-bedroom, 3-full baths with modern comfort including find amble living area seating, appliances, highspeed WIFI, and 3 smart TVs. Outside, enjoy a private upper balcony and lower front porch swings. We added a spacious back entrance room, ideal as a drop zone, workspace, or kitchen extension. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with new appliances, including an oven/stove, dishwasher, Keurig and regular coffee maker, and a state-of-the-art purified water system, ensuring that you have everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

LAUNDRY: Features a brand new LG washer and dryer with a beautiful live-edge countertop
Our 1st-floor shower/powder room is designed with accessibility features for guests with limited mobility, ensuring their comfort during their stay.

BEDROOMS:
The Primary bedroom offers a luxurious and spacious retreat, featuring an orthopedic King bed for a comfortable night's sleep, a large smart TV for your entertainment needs, a double vanity, and a walk-in shower. The room also includes a walk-in closet and an entrance to the upper deck, offering ample seating for up to 6 people.

The Queen bedroom is furnished with an orthopedic Queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep in a comfortable setting.

The Full bed provides additional sleeping space for up to 2 guests, with a plush pillow-top mattress that ensures a cozy and comfortable stay.

1st FLOOR BEDROOM or FLEX/BONUS ROOM is a versatile space that can be transformed into an entertainment room or a bedroom. The room features an American Leather queen+ sleeper sofa, providing a comfortable and restful night's sleep without any bars, as well as a 55" smart TV for your entertainment needs

• The two front porch swings and rocking chairs provide comfortable seating for up to 6 guests, welcoming you to relax and unwind while enjoying the outdoors.

• The upper deck features comfortable cushioned seating for up to 6 people, along with a wide surface table and 2 side tables, making it a perfect spot for outdoor dining or socializing with family and friends.

This is the second time my friends and I have had the pleasure of staying here. Since our last visit, the host added a mud room/ work area. It added a convenient space to unload through the back door. We were able to use the area to stash our coolers and grocery bags. There is also a neat desk area if someone needed to do some work. ( not us!) The house is impeccably clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. A comprehensive guide to the house, neighborhood and area is provided. The linens are of very nice quality and comfortable. If you don’t mind a longish walk, you could have a lovely time walking into Beaufort. If you plan to shop, take your car! We were 5 women. Every one of us were extremely pleased 😀.

Home away from Home

Beau Harbor was inviting and homey as soon as we walked through the door. Everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms are stocked with necessities and very clean. The cabinet of games kept our family busy for hours, as did the playground down the street. We have nothing but good things to say about this place.

Perfect family getaway house!

We loved our stay here. We are a family of 5 and my parents joined us and it was such a comfortable space. The house was clean, fully stocked, in a safe neighborhood, and within walking distance to the clubhouse and the water! There was also a great playground nearby, and we could easily drive to Morehead and Fort Macon. If we come back to this area again, we'll absolutely stay here.

Comfortable Stay!!!!

I searched for a comfortable house for our stay and I booked this house for a short commute time to Havelock, NC. This would help us drive a short distance and spend quality time with my friend’s daughter. We were able to organize, plan, setup, do a little shopping for the baby shower, and a few days later attend the shower at that location. We wanted everything to be ready and perfect for that special day! This house was available and it was so comfortable! It had everything we needed for our stay. The number one amenity I was looking for was to have the rooms without bunk beds because we did not have children with us. It was difficult in my search during the time I was booking a house, and it was a challenge to find a rental home with regular size beds!! This house was absolutely PERFECT! It was very clean, the inside was beautiful and comfortable, the outdoor upper deck was a great quiet place to hangout with friends, and it did have regular size beds! All guests were comfortable and very happy during our short stay. I would definitely come back and rent this house again! I highly recommend this house to anyone spending time in NC!
