Sweet Caroline has one of the best OPEN FLOOR PLANS in Beau Coast cottages neighborhood allowing everyone to gather while cooking, eating, listening to music, games, and watching the 75" smart TV. **MASTER BEDROOM main **Flex CheckIn/Out when possible.**LAUNDRY ROOM main**ACCESS TO COMMUNITY DOCK on Front Street**WIRELESS INTERNET**. 3 bedroom home & a twin daybed with trundle below in upstairs hall for the 4th sleeping area- not living room or 4th bdrm. Sweet Caroline has a well stocked kitchen for large meals! You can entertain your entire family/group easily. The covered front porch is a great place for morning coffee, a cool afternoon drink at the end of a hot day, even a great spot on a rainy day with a good book. Additionally, cook up dinner/breakfast on the Blackstone Griddle located in garage-with its Air Fryer drawer (other is warming drawer). There's also a mini fridge in the garage for easy to reach cold drinks while enjoying the outdoors. Feel free to bring and store fishing poles, kayaks, etc. in the garage. No trailers/watercrafts stored in the community, sadly. If you bring your boat/watercraft/trailer, there is a storage facility just down from the Beau Coast entrance for a fee of $10.00 per day (fees paid to storage facility- I can put you in contact). Call ahead to reserve a spot, but there's usually lots of room. If you bring a golf cart, that's great or you can rent one- I have contact info. Across the street from the boat storage is the public boat launch. Another option, contact local marinas for weekly boat slip rentals. No boat, no problem- Many visitors express the convenience of staying in our Beau Coast community, because it has numerous activities/spaces to interest everyone. Grab your key fob to get in the buildings-Walk or drive to the luxurious pool, clubhouse, Traders, fish ponds, pickleball court. The beautiful post & beam Clubhouse has kitchen, seating areas, 2 TV's, books, Ping Pong table, Cornhole, etc. The beautiful pool also has cabaña style shaded areas & tables to get out of the sun. You can even work on your tan relaxing on the lounge chairs IN the water staying cool while enjoying your cold beverage or book (no glass, please) while being part of your group. The luxurious pool/Traders & neighborhood is a kid friendly place. There is a grill poolside to cook lunch or dinner. There's a kayak launch dock at the pond as well. Feel free to fish community ponds. You can get a fishing license at any marina, Walmart or tackle shop. Traders also has a glass enclosed office and seating/tables areas if you need to do a little work away from your group. Enjoy a cool drink or hot coffee by the beautiful fireplace, outdoor fire pit. There's a workout room/gym. Also, BC has a community Pickleball court (there should be rackets in our garage), community dock to fish, relax, Adirondack chairs also on the lawn for relaxing, take a cool drink up there to watch the sun set, bird watch, look for horses on the island across the way or simply enjoy a dip in the water. Day dock allows pick up by boat & launch your kayak at the dock. You can walk, drive or take your golf cart to downtown Beaufort. Feel free to book a voyage over to Carrot Island, Shackleford Banks, etc. Beaufort has great restaurants, museums, shops and the best views! Beaufort is a quaint town, rich in history and something to do all year long!
