The 805 Bungalow- a 6 min. walk to Downtown restaurants, bars, & tasting rooms
Unwind in Downtown Paso Robles and take a 6 minute walk to the city's central park, restaurants, and bars. Savor wine from the hundreds of wineries in the area or perhaps a drink at the city's craft distilleries and breweries. End the day at the bungalow with a fresh cup of tea or French press coffee over a board game. In the evening on weekends, lounge out front under the string lights and listen to live music from The Pour House located across the park.
Our duplex is a block away from the Paso Robles Intermodal Station if you plan to arrive by bus/train or if you need to charge your electric vehicle at a ChargePoint station.
Our 2 bedroom shares a wall with our guest suite but both homes have private entrances and are self-contained without shared spaces.
Jenny and Kevin were excellent and thoughtful hosts! They were very responsive and even sent us a gift after a smoke alarm malfunctioned and caused a minor disturbance during the stay. Bedding and amenities were comfy. The house itself isn't huge but was plenty big for a weeklong stay. Location is excellent - super quick to walk to downtown or get on the 101 to visit surrounding wineries.
This is a nice, clean place in a great location, close to downtown Paso. Host was great about communicating and check-in was easy! It was a bit overpriced for the size of the property (it is a duplex) and you can hear the neighbors when they're home. There was no ice maker and the fridge was VERY small. There is also no dish washer. Not a five-star property and overpriced but a nice experience overall.
This sweet house was perfect for our stay. We were able to walk everywhere and the house had everything we needed. The water pressure in the bathroom isnât great, but other than that, this place was exactly what we needed!
We loved staying here and Jenny was so helpful. The house was cute and clean and located so close to everything. We were a 10-15 minute drive to many wineries, the amphitheater, Sensorio, and more. And we were walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay here again on future trips.
Our stay couldnât have gone any better! The place was so cute, so clean and the location was great. The host was very responsive to any questions we had-would not hesitate to stay here again. Loved it!!!
Clean and lovely bungalow near downtown. We enjoyed being able to easily walk to restaurants and shops. Excellent communication with host. Thank you, Jenny!
We rented the 805 Bungalow as home base for my son's 21st birthday celebration...right before Christmas. First the bungalow is adorable, immaculate, and so comfortable. Second it was the ideal location for walking downtown to see the lights in the park as well as exploring different restaurants such as The Alchemist's Garden and Fish Gaucho. We absolutely loved the hospitality and will be back whenever we need to rent a spot in Paso. Thanks SO much.
Property was very clean and photos were accurate. Jenny was communicative and quick to respond. We walked everywhere - conveniently located. Enjoyed our stay.
Great spot to stay. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants and to visiting wineries. Fresh, cool base for all of our fun winery and dining visits. ( top notch wineries and dining as well). Look forward to staying again on our return trip! The cottage is so clean and the coffee bar was such an added perk! Beds and pillows were comfortable. Access and owner communication was immediate! Thank you again!
Perfect home base for me and my friends to get ready for wedding events and return to afterwards. Very close to downtown (walking distance) and a cool view of the Derby winery. No issues with property manager or neighbors
The Bungalow is really cute and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed and Jenny made it feel like we were staying at a friend's home. Upcoming events, dining and winery suggestions, and even how to make a perfect cup of coffee were posted around the home.
Really enjoyed the property and Jenny was an excellent host.
Great place for my husband and I to stay for some wine tasting in Paso Robles. Pictures are accurate, space was immaculate. 5 minute walk to downtown. Didnât cook so canât comment on the specifics of pots, utensils, etc but seemed well stocked. Appreciated the French press and the coffee provided! Would stay again!!
Adorable, modern, home walking distance to downtown
We came here on a last minute girls trip for our friends 40th birthday. I had never been to Paso before so was nervous about where to stay but we couldnât have picked a better place. The house has everything you need, including a handy manual for the house as soon as you walk in. The ONLY complaint was that the heating units stopped working due to the rain but Jenny had even thought of that as she had space heaters ready in case this exact thing happened. She even had a âin case this happensâ in her manual.
The location was wonderful. An easy walk (maybe 3-4 blocks?) to the downtown square. We thought we might have to drive to different wineries but we ended up just staying within walking distance as everything you could possibly need was right there.
We will definitely be returning to Paso Robles and I would absolutely book this house again!
Cute and comfortable place for short stays. Great location to restaurants and tasting establishments. We spent our days and evenings out, but we might suggest providing a toaster for a light breakfast.
Spent two days in Paso for some RR. This location was great! Easy check in. Quick walk into downtown. Quiet neighborhood. The unit was clean and well maintained. All around great stay.
This was a wonderful experience from start to finish, the host, Jenny was responsive, kind, and considerate. The house was clean, bright, and comfortable.
Walkability is very important to me, so it was perfectly situated to walk to downtown, tasting rooms, coffee shops. Will be booking this property again! Thank you!
Jenny was great and very responsive. The beds were very comfy and although they looked small, were actually perfect. The property is definitely set up more for going out than staying in. There's not a lot of couch space and if you plan to cook, you might want to buy ingredients the day of since the fridge is small. However, there's a ton of restaurants and drinking spots within walking distance and the neighborhood felt safe to walk in.
Hello, I'm Jenny, a California native from the Los Angeles area. My husband, Kevin, and I live between Paso Robles and Los Angeles. We love to travel and along with that, try new foods and of course wine. Paso Robles is our favorite wine region to date, so we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
