En vous rendant sur le boulevard Bahia Del Mar sur Isla Del Sol, vous admirerez les Royal Palms, les lacs entourant le parcours de golf, les jardins impeccablement paysagers et les images et les sons de la nature tout autour. Notre copropriété exclusive Club Bahia comprend une spacieuse unité au 2e étage de 1215 pieds carrés qui est la plus grande deux chambres offerte au Club Bahia, avec son balcon de 30 pieds s'étendant sur la largeur du salon et de la chambre principale. Notre balcon privé et dégagé est de 20 pieds. du bord de l'eau !!!
Admirez la vue panoramique sur la baie de Boca Ciega et le canal Pass a Grille et au-delà jusqu'au golfe du Mexique. Vous serez captivé par les magnifiques couchers de soleil, les dauphins, les pélicans et les voiliers qui glissent. De l'autre côté de la baie, vous verrez l'hôtel historique Don Cesar illuminé la nuit pour le plaisir de tous.

  La première chose que vous verrez est la vue sur l'eau! N'attendez pas une minute avant de vous précipiter vers le balcon de 30 pieds orienté à l'ouest à seulement 20 pieds de l'eau et vous commencerez à comprendre pourquoi il est si difficile de quitter cet endroit. Vous pouvez choisir de dîner en plein air, de vous allonger sur une chaise longue ou de vous asseoir sur les hauts pour avoir la meilleure vue sur les couchers de soleil, les dauphins, les pélicans et les voiliers incroyables. Si spacieux sur le balcon que nous avons à la fois un bar haut de gamme avec quatre tabourets et une table à manger de hauteur de bar avec quatre chaises

Que vous choisissiez de préparer un repas à partir de zéro ou de simplement mélanger quelques cocktails, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La cuisine comprend un grand réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, une cuisinière avec four à convection autonettoyant, un lave-vaisselle. Beaucoup de verres, tasses, assiettes et couverts. Nous offrons des verres en cristal et une variété d'autres pour tous vos cocktails préférés. Micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain. CLUB BAHIA
Le Club Bahia est le site le plus récent et le plus recherché d'Isla. L'installation exclusive Clubhouse à quelques pas du condo, comprend une piscine tropicale magnifiquement paysagée et un spa avec chauffage géothermique offrant des températures de l'eau parfaites toute l'année. Cette élégante piscine / spa est entourée de palmiers matures. Il y a de bonnes zones ombragées au bord de la piscine pour ceux qui sont inquiets d'être au soleil.
Faites de l'exercice dans la salle de remise en forme ou détendez-vous dans le bain à remous. Profitez de la douche et des vestiaires. Profitez de la salle multimédia avec télévision grand écran et bibliothèque de films et de livres. Il y a une élégante salle de cartes avec cheminée et une toute nouvelle cuisine (rénovée en 2017). ISLA DEL SOL
Isla Del Sol est une communauté de villégiature insulaire de 340 acres avec son aménagement paysager luxuriant, ses lacs et fontaines, son parcours de golf 18 trous et sa marina. Il y a des sentiers pédestres, des plages privées et un quai de pêche. Vous êtes à quelques minutes de la charmante ville historique de Pass-A-Grille avec son quai de pêche et ses restaurants en bord de mer. Prenez dix minutes en voiture de la plage et du parc de Fort DeSoto; célèbre pour ses plages de sable blanc immaculées. Promenez-vous, faites du jogging ou faites du vélo sur le tout nouveau pont Pinellas Bayway, qui vous mènera à toutes les attractions de la magnifique plage.

Disneyworld est à seulement 90 minutes et des excursions d'une journée sont possibles. Busch Gardens est à 40 minutes du condo. Beautiful condo

The property was excellent and met all our needs. It was very clean and was equipped with any kitchen utensil needed. The surrounding setting was beautiful and the neighbors were very friendly. The location was ideal for sunset pictures.

One of the best features of both condos is the fantastic panoramic waterfront views! Our balconies are furnished for comfort and ready for guests to enjoy watching the dolphins, manatee and other wildlife. We welcome new guests to come and see for themselves!

A wonderful place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Club Bahia! Although our stay was only for a week, we could certainty see how a longer stay at this beautiful condo would be totally comfortable. An ideal spot to watch nature at it's best - Dolphins, wading birds (large & small), little stingrays, nurse sharks. It was easy to correspond with Kim & Jay throughout the whole booking as well as during our stay at Isla. Thank you, Kim & Jay for your hospitality 💐

Whether guests plan to stay for a week or three months, this is a beautiful condo with all the amenities one would wish for. Attention to detail in the décor, cleanliness and quality of furnishings makes this a perfect place to relax and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings. Steps from the spa-like swimming pool and hot tub. Only five minutes from one of the best beaches anywhere!

A wonderful retreat

A beautiful inviting condo with a marvelous view of the bay. Well stocked and comfortable, this home is so tastefully decorated you will not want to leave. Dolphins and an assortment of tropical birds all pass by your balcony for an evenings entertainment. Binoculars are provided for a closer look. Highly recommended!!!

Relaxing, ultra comfortable and dolphins every day

We had a fantastic vacation staying at this condo. We had literally everything we needed and more for beach adventures to evening games and movies. Everything was clean and organized. The balcony view is unparalleled. Literally dolphins every day. Close to the best beaches in Florida, St. Pete’s and Pass-a-grille. Just a great spot.

Great Vacation

This was our first trip to Isla Del Sol and we loved it. We went to the beach or the pool (or both) everyday during our stay. The beach chairs, towels, umbrella, etc. were great to have and are very nice. We really enjoyed Fort Desoto North Beach and so did the kids. Sunsets at Pass-a-Grill was only a 10 minute drive. The building was very quiet so we felt like we had it to ourselves. We saw dolphin and manatee and were on the deck every morning. The owners were great and very responsive. I would highly recommend this condo!

Fantastic vacation at this Club Bahia condo

This was our fourth year staying at this condo in Isla del Sol. Isla del Sol is a great place to vacation in the St. Pete Beach area but staying at this condo most definitely added to our trip. This year, the brand new kitchen was certainly a highlight of the already beautiful condo. The ocean/beach decor that Kim and Jay has chosen also compliments the condo quite well. Views from the patio are spectacular. Owners Kim and Jay are very easy people to deal with and will respond to any concerns or questions you may have in a timely and efficient manner. Two great people that we finally got to meet in person on this trip. We had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend this condo to anyone wishing to visit this area of Florida. Thanks Kim and Jay.

The best condo on Isla....by far!

Having vacationed on St Pete Beach for the past 35 years i like to think i have a good knowledge of the local area and places to stay. It is without question this is by far the best condo I have EVER rented. From the quality kitchen with every conceivable extra you could imagine to the "home from home" comfortably furniture complete with full cable tv and a top end surround sound tv theatre system for those occasional nights in. The view of Boca Ciega Bay is amazing, especially when watching the sun set over St Pete Beach. The owners were on hand 24/7 to answer any queries......which were infrequent as there was several helpful ring binders giving all information from where to hire a boat to how to work the oven! The owners really have thought of everything. Can't speak highly enough of this condo, thank you Jay and Kim, I will return! Matt C

Perfect Christmas Getaway!

From the moment we walked in the door of Kim and Jay's condo we knew we were in for a special treat. The furnishings and décor were immaculate and beautiful - right down to the Christmas lights strung through the indoor plants and on the balcony railing. The condo is very well equipped and well organized. In fact, I remarked to my husband that there was a place for everything and everything was in its place. The deck overlooking the waterway is a haven from the bustle of St. Petersburg and the condo itself was so quiet at night that we slept very peacefully. The area around the condo is perfect for early morning walks and provides multiple bicycling opportunities on beautiful trails right from the doorstep. We have traveled the globe and stayed in countless condos, villas, and apartments in many countries and in some exceptional spots. It's with pleasure that we highly recommend this condo in Bahia Del Mar. Thank you Kim and Jay for a memorable, relaxing break from very busy lives.

Escape to Paradise

Thank you for a wonderful Florida vacation! We have been coming to St. Pete for over 25 years. Your home is lovely. Beautifully furnished, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Your directions for operating the entertainment system, and the wireless service were most appreciated. The note book you left contained a vast array of activities to pursue and restaurants to enjoy. Your telephone call to see that we had arrived and all was well was very kind. Every morning we had breakfast on the lanai and enjoyed watching dolphins swim by. One morning we caught a glimpse of a baby playing with its' mother. What a thrill. Prior to this year, we have always used a management company to secure our accomodatioins. Almost without fail we experienced some level of difficulty or frustration. None of that with the arrangements made with you. You were most accomodating. Perfect hosts. It is our sincere hope that we will have the opportunity to return to your little slice of paradise. We hated to come home. Thanks again for making our vacation so wonderful.

Absolutely Beautiful!

Thank you Kim and Jay for the privilege of having the chance to stay during the month of March, 2019 at your beautiful Club Bahia condo in St Pete's Beach. The condo itself is very well cared for and decorated meticulously with a great deal of tasteful thought, creating a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, while being extremely well appointed and equipped with everything that you could possibly desire. The new kitchen is wonderfully arranged and you will find everything that you need there to create your meals. Kim and Jay are excellent hosts who deal with things in both a professional and courteous manner and are always willing to answer and assist with any questions you might have during the entire process. Isla Del Sol is a lovely community of like minded people and very well maintained and the setting of this condo sits along the bay and provides you with constant sources of entertainment with passing boats and wildlife for those times when relaxing for the day suits. When you want to explore the area or other cities in the vicinity they are all very easy to access as this is a premier location. Guests seem to follow a pay it forward principle and when something runs out it is replaced so there are never any concerns about having what you might need. Overall they provide a lovely home for others to enjoy while escaping from winters elsewhere and personally I feel a responsibility to care for their place as if it were my own. Overall it would be very hard to find anything nicer to come upon and I would highly recommend it! It would be a privilege to share more time here so I am looking forward to returning in the coming years as often as possible. If there was a score exceeding five out of five this would be deserving of that! Russ

Great Condo, Great Location, but Beware of the Owners!

We stayed at this condo from 8/1 - 8/11 this year and overall had a wonderful time. I am from St.Pete and come down several times a year to visit family and help my father with his business. When my family accompanies me we typically stay at the Don Cesar or Tradewinds but were contemplating buying a place at Isla Del Sol so we wanted to check it out first hand. Our trip started off great as the gentleman next to me on our flight works at the Isla golf club and provided me a complimentary round of golf which was a fun nice course. The condo is very nice in a fantastic location right on the water and next to the club. Everything is very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We made good use of the pool and met several of the other owners who were all very friendly and we actually attended a small dinner party at one of their condo's one evening which was very fun. Security was very visible and friendly. They were also very helpful in arranging a small get together in the clubhouse one evening for several of my friends I've known since kindergarten. The club house is a great place for gatherings. All in all I recommend this condo but we were greeted with quite the surprise a couple of weeks after we departed. The owners are very detail oriented and provide specific instructions for use and closing the condo. I also have several properties I rent via VRBO and do the same so I appreciate the detail. One of the rules is not to leave the sliding door open which my wife disregarded on numerous occasions and after the fact we found out that my daughter broke a decorative pelican. For these violations I clearly expect to lose some security deposit. However the owners felt compelled to blatantly lie about several other items claiming we damaged their condo which were not true. Among those were "wedging" something in the front door to break it, placing dirty dishes in the cabinets, "using too many towels", stealing one king flat sheet (very odd?), "excessive sand in the condo", and were even upset that we went out of our way to return a beach towel we found in out car the last day. I could care less about the money but really wish the owners would simply raise the rent on the condo instead of accusing guests of doing things they didn't do for a few extra bucks. So my only advice is to plan to lose some of your deposit and its still a great deal. Good news is we put a contact on a condo labor day so I guess we are now neighbors. See you at the pool!

We would like to thank our guests for the review above. We appreciate they enjoyed our condo and beautiful surrounds which has been articulated very well in their review. We did express our disappointment to our guests after their departure. Leaving the balcony doors open with the air conditioning on (in 90° weather) for the majority of their stay is one example of the care they provided. Having stayed at our condo prior to our guests’ arrival and after our guests’ departure, we were able to validate the damage, additional cleaning and other rental agreement deficiencies. This was summarized, communicated and subsequently deducted from the security deposit as our guests indicated (Additional air conditioning charges were not). It is unfortunate we had to take the action we did, as this treatment of our condo has not been typical of our other guests. We will let our remaining reviews speak for themselves and continue to welcome future guests to Isla.

Can't wait to go back!

I must admit, this unit has been the best we've ever stayed at of any VRBO rental we've ever had. It has also been the most organized. There was a folder on the desk in the kitchen with all the information needed as well as documents in the living room on how to operate the electronics. The kitchen was unbelievable. The dolphins were literally right outside the door - 20 yards out in the channel.

Best Condo in Isla Del Sol

My wife and I have been visiting Isla del Sol for several years and we always rent a condo through VRBO. This is by far the nicest so far. The condo is beautiful and the owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. The waterfront and sunset views are captivating!!!

Amazing Vacation Property

This is the third time we have spent our vacation at Jay and Kim’s lovely condo on Isla Del Sol and each time we enjoy it more! The condo itself is beautifully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony that overlooks the water. We spent many hours sitting there and watching all the birds, jumping fish and dolphins frolicking in the waves. There are even ceiling fans on the balcony for a nice breeze. The Bahia Vista pool is great for cooling off and the grounds are immaculately kept, making it perfect for a lovely early morning walk. It is a very serene and relaxing environment. Just over the bridge at St Pete Beach are lots of great seafood restaurants and activities for every age. Their condo is in a perfect location and Jay and Kim are very good hosts and most accommodating. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

Great Stay!

Awesome!

We had an amazing week at Kim and Jay's condo. The condo is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and extremely clean! It has a huge kitchen with everything you need and the balcony is just the best, with plenty of seats, the bar and the gorgeous peaceful view. We even saw dolphins playing in the water on our last day! The pool area is lovely and the golf was brilliant! The whole community area is lovely. St Pete's beach is walkable (we actually did it). We had a wee problem with an empty property alarm going off, but after contacting Kim and Jay, it was fixed almost immediately. Lovely to get a phone call from Kim too. We would highly recommend this condo, we loved our stay and would definitely stay again. Thanks so much Kim and Jay!

It is always nice to come back to the place you know well. It is a fantastic feeling to find out it moved to next level although it was top already before. During our first visit five years ago we had a feeling this is truly someone's home, arranged with love and incredible attention to every detail, so you do not miss anything anywhere, might it be kitchen (tools, spices, machines, ...), living room (movies, games, tv channels, ...), bathroom (spare toiletries, towels of any size, ...), bedroom (10 pillows, carpet one inch thick, ...) or storage room (full beach set including cool cooler troley, ...) to mention just few. The working desk with three different integrated charging connectors and the drawer with dozens of spices in organized boxes just killed me ;-). The new kitchen is just gorgeous and the room is spacy & lighter than before. And the terrace! Watching the birds, dolphins, yachts, storms and sunsets with the glass of wine, kindle & cigar you do not want to come back home :-))) The surrounding is perfectly kept, full of green & clean. Bahia club is cool place to relax if you do not feel like beach going. I want to buy this place when we reach the pension age! Dear Jay & Kim, thanks for sharing your wonderful place with us! And for all those who decide to enjoy it, please take care of this beautiful place and leave it in the same pristine condition & equally supplied as you find it. We have to come back asap!

Gorgeous Condo in Amazing Location

We just returned from 2 weeks in May 2018 at Jay and Kim's luxurious condo at Isla del Sol. This is our second time staying at their gorgeous condo and I can't say enough about it! The condo itself is beautifully decorated and as soon as you come in the door, you feel welcome and right at home. The kitchen, which has recently been renovated, is a dream and has every utensil and appliance you could possibly want or need. The balcony looks right over the water, and we would sit there for hours, watching all the boats go by, the beautiful birds diving for fish and the dolphins, swimmng and playing right outside your door. The grounds of Isla del Sol are meticulously kept and the pool is lovely and large, with lots of loungers for everyone. The complex is right across the bridge from all the restaurants and activites in St. Pete Beach and perfectly located. It is a beautiful, tranquil, relaxing condo and we plan to come back again and again. Thank you Jay and Kim for a wonderful vacation.

Never Dissapoints!

This was our second year at this beautiful condo. Kim and Jay take great pride in keeping everything perfect in their condo. Kitchen is fully stocked.... we spent several nights in the kitchen cooking up local fish. View is the star... seeing wildlife, boats and The Don never gets boring. Look forward to our 2019 visit!

My husband and I have been vacationing in the St. Pete Beach area for the past 30 years. We have fond memories of many family vacations. Our children have grown to love this place as much as we do. We have spent many hours walking along the beach. There is something so soothing and relaxing about being next to the water and enjoying the sound of the gentle waves. Our plan is to continue to vacation here when possible while offering our condo to you as a vacation rental. We have decorated our unit with pride, while always considering your comfort and enjoyment too. We have tried to provide every comfort of home with a well-equipped kitchen, good quality linens and the utmost standards for cleanliness and maintenance.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

There are many things that we love about the St. Pete Beach area. We want to share just a few of them with you. First of all, the climate is terrific year round. The atmosphere is friendly and laid back. The beaches are some of the best anywhere. We love to walk and have found that the beaches here are wide and long and allow for us to walk or jog comfortably. There are many restaurants nearby which offer good food, reasonable prices and wonderful water views. We love Pass-a-Grille. It is a sleepy little historic part of St. Pete beach with a Key West feel without the crowds. It is just a couple of minutes from our condo. There is a wonderful promenade along the water. The sunsets are ceremoniously celebrated each evening with the ringing of the bell. This takes place on the beach at the Paradise Grill where we have enjoyed the live music on Friday nights. The list goes on. We’re sure you will enjoy your stay here and will want to return year after year. Welcome!
