OceanView Home w/Private Pool and Private Beach Access
Cheerful oceanview home with private saltwater pool and amazing outdoor living space with outdoor kitchen and outdoor living room with TV on Ocean Isle Beach. This home is perfect for a family that wants close access to the beach. We are on the beach side of the street behind the first home with a private beach access walkout for the home just steps away.
There are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom upstairs has an en suite bath and an office desk area and two yoga mats. The loft with two twin beds is next to the master. Each bedroom has a TV as well as a TV in the living room, bring your Netflix password. We have high speed internet, outdoor kitchen, washer/dryer, 6 bicycles, a saltwater POOL and plenty of beach fun! Pool heating is available for an additional fee. There are 4 adult sized bicycles and 2 child bikes at the home for your use while visiting.
The open floor plan provides a generous fully stocked kitchen, a Keurig coffee maker, ice cream maker, plenty of pots and pans for cooking, stove, oven, fridge WITH ICE MAKER and filtered water, freezer and a dishwasher. Use our outside grill area to cook up some amazing local seafood!
There are two king rooms, one queen room, and one full room, plus two twin beds in the loft, a living room, dining room, and kitchen, plus a deck with an ocean view and a saltwater pool. Pool can be heated for an additional fee.
We hope you enjoy the relaxation of Ocean Isle as much as we do. If you have a large family or need to have an event we have another listing 2366110. The close proximity of both homes is just a 1 minute walk down the beach or road.
Love parks, tennis, or pickleball? The county park has 6 tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a huge kidsâ playground. There is also a playground, putt putt, museum, and fishing pier on the island!
Linens can be rented from a local linen company.

The views and ocean sound can't be beat! Life is stressful and vacation should not be. We can't wait to share a place where you can relax, refresh, and rejuvenate yourself! Join us at Isle Have Another. There are 4 bedrooms and a loft with two twin beds. You get to be so close and convenient to the beach. You won't want to miss the sunsets and sunrises on the beach.

This home is small enough to be affordable but oh so close to the beach. It has an awesome new in 2024 outdoor kitchen with built in bar and grill by the pool. It also has a covered outdoor room with TV under the house and bext to the pool! If you are renting for a family event or wedding this home is perfect for extra family and is just five houses down from our luxury vrbo 2366110.
