Ridgecrest Lodge is located in the Moonridge neighborhood centrally located to most popular attractions in Big Bear. This hybrid style cabin boasts a wood and stone exterior and a beautifully intricate wooden interior- perfect for any mountain getaway. The garage is not available for tenant use.
Upon entry to the cabin you are greeted with a foyer which leads you directly to the two downstairs bedrooms. Bedroom #1 provides a Queen bed and access to a shared Jack and Jill style bathroom. Bedroom #2 provides a King size bed as well as a set of Twin over a Full/ Futon Bunk Beds and shared bathroom access. The floor also provides a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.
As you continue up the stairs to the second floor you enter the living area, kitchen, and deck- ideal for relaxing with loved ones. This level has a wood-burning fireplace, foosball table and shuffleboard, flat-screen TV, bar area, mountain-inspired decor, and views of the slopes and the lake. The open-concept kitchen and dining room area are the perfect place to prepare meals together as a family. The deck has an outdoor dining table ideal for enjoying meals during the warm months, or taking in the incredible views of the forest.
Just off the living room you will find the Master bedroom. This room provides a King size bed and Master bathroom. You can relax in the jet-tub and enjoy the electric fireplace as you unwind from a long day on the slopes.

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
