Wonderful cozy 3-bedroom perfect family retreat

Located in the four season community of Masthope which provides year round activities, this house has all you need for a wonderful family retreat! Fully stocked kitchen, three bedrooms plus an extra futon in the loft, light filled spacious living and dining rooms, finished lower level with pool table, air hockey, basketball game, outdoor fire pit, and many more!

The space

**NO PARTY, NO SMOKING**

The main level of the house presents a sun-filled two-story living room that connects to a fully stock kitchen, a dining room surrounded by natural light, a full bath and two bedrooms. The cozy fireplace, recliners, and sitting area provides plenty of room for your family to relax and catch up.

The loft area creates more seating and a coffee table, a TV with DVD player, a futon that’s easily convertible to a full sized bed, and a desk.

The lower level is filled with various games where you’ll never run out of things to play! Pool/ping-pong table, air hockey, foosball, to name a few, and many more board games - endless fun! Feel free to enjoy the gaming consoles (Xbox and PS3) and our collection of games as well!

This level is complete with a half bathroom, which includes washer and dryer; and a spacious third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Wrap-around porch on the main level gives guests extra space to enjoy outdoor dining or simply soak in the fresh air. Out on the ground level there is a fire pit, a basketball hoop, and a horseshoe game!

Guest access

Guests can get to nearby in-community amenities by car, parking is usually ample. Community amenities are available for guests at a cost of $10/person/day - this amenity fee is optional and managed by the POC office. Please note that guests do not have access to community amenities during the 4th of July weekend.

The well-known Woodloch resort and golf course is just 15 minutes away by car!

For grocery shopping, guests can take advantage of the Market by the Lodge in the community where you can find essentials; you can also visit one of the nearby towns to find stores like IGA, Walmart, Weis - all about 30 min drive away.

Other things to note

** We can provide Pack-n-Play as a sleeping arrangement for little ones upon request.

** Upon booking, you will be contacted to provide:

1) names of all guests on your stay (unregistered person cannot stay)
2) a copy of the lead guest's photo ID (usually the person that makes the reservation)
3) the lead guest's address and email
4) your vehicle information, if known

Please make sure to turn on your Message notification, and respond to us to submit these information asap. We may need to cancel the booking if guests are not responding or refuse to provide above information.

The above information is required by the community to register all rental guests (NOTE: the $125 mandatory registration fee is included as "property fee", guests will receive a $25 discount if registration is submitted 7 days prior to check-in). You will receive your guest passes at the community office upon arrival.

** Please note that at Masthope Mountain Community, household trash must be disposed to Compactor (located near the POC officer where you pickup/return your passes)
