3 Story Chalet with UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS up and down the Delaware River! Your senses will come alive as you see for miles across the Delaware River and into New York State. Watch the fog burn off in the mornings, storms move in and out, rafters and kayakers glide down the river, and the eagles and hawks soar! Enjoy outdoor living on a Trex deck with patio furniture and grill. Sing songs, enjoy your favorite beverage and make s'mores down at the fire circle overlooking the river. This fab home has been completely renovated from top to bottom and features tasteful décor throughout, an open great room, gourmet chef's kitchen and dining area with patio sliders directly overlooking the water! 2 bedrooms on main level with full bath and large living room with 85 inch QLED 4-K UHD Smart TV, a Blue Ray DVD player and a Marshall Woburn II Bluetooth speaker (to play your tunes!). 2 more bedrooms in lower level with another full bathroom and a den/entertainment area with 65 inch QLED 4-K UHD Smart TV with a Blue Ray DVD player. Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the entire home and computer access at the loft level. The free play game room features Big Buck Hunter Reloaded HD, Gold Flare Elite Championship Air Hockey Table, Super Chexx Pro Bubble Hockey, Golden Tee 2022, "Ghost Busters" Pinball Machine, Tornado T3000 Championship Foosball Table, and Ultra Arcade 3 (featuring 150 games).

The Masthope community boasts a full variety of amenities. A separate amenity fee is required to enjoy the amenities: skiing, snow boarding, snow tubing, swimming at our lake and two pools, a petting zoo and a multitude of sports activities. There is, indeed, something for everyone to enjoy! There is a baseball field, basketball courts, tennis courts and handball courts. There are three Masthope parks--one by the Ski Lodge, one by the lake beach, and one right on the Delaware River. Look for bingo, seasonal BBQs, theme night parties, comedy shows, teen and kids pool parties, kids camp, swim lessons, swim meets, hay rides, just to name a few of the numerous activities that are held in the community yearly. Masthope is the place to be!

Amenity fee: A separate amenity fee applies to use the amenities. The fee is $10 per person per day (excluding skiing and snowtubing, which have their own fees). Children under 2 years old do not need a pass. It's completely up to you to decide how many days you want to use the amenities (including none) and for how many persons. The amenity fee is separate from the booking fee.

Internet Services/Computer Provided: The loft area can be used as a mini office for the self employed traveler on the go if needed! There is a desktop computer provided if you need, with instructions for network login and password, and there is also Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home for your laptop, iPad and gaming gear.

Additional Sleeping Arrangements: There is a full pull out sofa sleeper in the loft and a twin pull out sleeper in the main living room.

Wow! Perfect for the whole family!

Wow! Our stay at the Masthope View House exceeded our expectations (which were already quite high from the amazing reviews). Like others said, the view was even more phenomenal in person. Sitting on the rocking chairs or playing family games (there is a whole bookshelf of games/puzzles) out on the porch in front of that view will be precious family memories we will always remember! The house itself was beautiful, fully stocked, and meticulously clean. The arcade was super fun and entertained the whole family (toddler-teen) Jeff was extremely nice, easy to communicate with, and responded very quickly. He provided a detailed welcome packet that anticipated and answered every question we had. The Masthope community also exceeded our expectations. Between the lake/boating, multiple swimming pools, splash pads, mini golf, stables/petting zoo, sport courts (etc.), toddlers to teens and adults were again completely entertained. We were very sad to leave and hope to return in the future! Thank you, Jeff, for such a fantastic stay!

We absolutely fell in love with this home! So comfortable and cozy and the view is absolutely incredible! The game room was a blast for kids and adults alike! We made s’mores by the fire and thoroughly enjoyed family time! Jeff was very responsive and a wonderful communicator. We will DEFINITELY be back!

The best birthday retreat I could've imagined

Exactly what I wanted for a celebration with family and friends. The views, the amenities - for a bunch of city folk, it just truly provided an ultimate exhale and I couldn't be more grateful. Jeff was always available to respond to any concern/question - spending each night at that fire pit overlooking the river and mountains, watching the eagles pass...bliss. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, comfortable, fun home

The view did not disappoint. It was gorgeous and peaceful. We appreciated the kind s'mores goodies and pre built fire in the fire pit. Easy to enjoy right away. The game room was even more fun than we thought it would be, providing hours of entertainment and laughs. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. We all had a lovely time here! Only feedback would be having maybe some more pillow options and a mattress pad on the one queen bed that was a little hard for our tastes. That's it though! Overall it is the best vrbo we have ever stayed in, truly!

Peace AND Fun, you can have it all!

The Masthope house is located within the Masthope community which offers beach/lake activities, pool use at the kid friendly (and grown up friendly) pool and tiki bar. There is also river access, horseback riding and petting zoo (which my 3 year old loved) and weekly activities that rotate throughout the year. But what makes this house stand out from the rest is the picturesque view from the entire backyard of the house. The house looks out onto the Delaware river and you can see the mountains in New York that create the most spectacular and peaceful view at all times of the day. You wake up to fog rising over the river and sit fireside at night to watch shooting stars. The property is quiet and offers all the amenities you could need. Our family enjoyed our stay from the 5 month old all the way to the retiree's. We highly recommend, and will be channeling that view as we return and adjust to reality!

All Around Wonderful!

What a wonderful experience we had staying at this property with a total of three families! The home is very clean and up to date, while including all the amenities need for a comfortable stay. The views were simply breathtaking with a large, upper deck off the dining/living room, a lower patio off of the tv room, as well as a firepit setup just steps down the property. The game room was so fun for our kids, which truly kept them entertained while back at the house. The owner was amazing and available for any questions we had along the way. We look forward to spending another vacation up there soon.

Summer Vacation in Masthope!

We recently stayed at the Masthope View House which included myself, my husband, our two children ages 14 & 12 along with my parents and ..my sister, brother in law and niece…As soon as we arrived at the house we were all blown away by the SPECTACULAR views, as mentioned in previous reviews the pictures of the house do not do the house justice! The inside of the house is beautifully furnished and was extremely CLEAN .When we arrived we all felt right at home…Of course the game room was a HUGE hit with all of the kids especially but the adults enjoyed it as well..We also all enjoyed watching the Yankees games on the huge TV in the living room…The fire pit was also so much fun roasting s’mores and enjoying the beautiful views of the Delaware River…The seating area both inside and outside easily accommodated us (we were a party of 9) Last and most important Jeff is a wonderful host very easy to communicate with.. He was so accommodating with any questions that we had and replied very quickly…If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway house and a wonderful host book this house you will not be disappointed !!!

Family reunion after three years

Jeff was a wonderful and accommodating host. He was always prompt in his replies and responses. He was easy to work with and understood our needs. The house is beautiful and spacious. You could sit on the deck and watch the beauty of nature for hours, especially the frequent deer visits. We enjoyed the lovely fire pit, which was well-stocked and easy to maintain. The game room was wonderful and a favorite of every member, children and adults alike. We definitely look forward to visiting again and will treasure the memories we made.

The visual grandeur of the location of this lot in conjuncture with the architectural amenities and the designer appointments of the house provide a superior vacation destination for renters of all ages. Truly this was a five star vacation for our whole family.

My family had a small reunion, 10 of us in fact, and this house was absolutely perfect! More than enough room, and the house was immaculate. We love the serene location, the backyard was breath taking. Excellent communication from the owner as well! We are already planning our next trip! We had an incredible time at Masthope. An amazing retreat with the family, with the game room in the house a real hit with our kids after a day on the slopes. Family Fun for Everyone

The house is great but the views make this an exceptional rental. Similar to other reviews, the pics don’t do it justice. The game room provides full entertainment for the kids, the open floor concept allowed everyone to be together and provided much needed space for our family, and the breathtaking views , fire pit, and huge deck made this the perfect rental. The communication and details from the owner were top notch, thanks again Jeff. Highly recommend this rental for anyone!

Absolutely AMAZING

This house exceeded our expectations. First, the owner was quick to respond to me from before I made the reservations right through leaving. His responsiveness exceeded my expectations. The home had the most spectacular views - the pictures are great, but the views are even better than the pics!! The home is well kept & much more stocked than we expected. I brought much more with us in the way of kitchen stuff than we needed. We had 2 adults over age 50, twin 13 year olds and a 10 yr old with us, and there was something for everyone both inside the house and within the community. You don't even need to leave the community to have a great vaca. Our absolute favorites were the views and the game room - for adults and children! Thank you so much to Jeff & his family for renting to us and giving us one of our best vacations yet..

My family and I thank you for considering staying at The Masthope View House! We love the house and stay frequently, especially during the Christmas/New Year holiday season. The house has complimentary WiFi throughout, and so we get a lot of work accomplished at the house as well. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We tell everyone that we bought the view and the owners threw the house in for free. Lol As some reviewers have commented, the view never gets old. They also say it's better than the pictures (not sure how to take that, as I took the pictures!). The view changes during the day as the sun moves across the sky, and it changes based on weather conditions. The house is designed for both grown ups and kids. The kids can be enjoying themselves in the game room, while the adults are on the deck enjoying their favorite beverages. Then, the adults and kids come together down at the fire circle for s'mores, stories and laughter.
