Gorgeous house, will definitely stay here again! It's a little ways outside Scottsdale, but not so far away that you can't easily get to food and grocery stores and things. Perfect balance of secluded/ private and accessible.

Great times

The property was great for our family. The pool being fenced off from the rest of the back yard was perfect. We were able to let the kids play outside without worrying about them hoing near the water without supervision.

This place is awesome ! It is incredibly spacious inside and out and the location is perfect! Not too close and not too far from everything! The ease of checkin and checkout couldn’t have gone better, prompt communication when we had any questions , and very accommodating with any requests made. The beds were extremely comfortable and the entire family had a blast! Many thanks to everyone involved behind the scenes at Stay Porter , host/ hostess .. we couldn’t have asked for a better experience all the way around and will be definitely booking with them in the future.

Overall Great Stay

House was great with fantastic amenities for guests. Everything was as advertised and our stay was smooth and painless. Be aware, the host charges $150/day to use the hot tub. This is published in the listing but may be overlooked.

family holiday

This was a perfect home for our family vacation. The home was clean, with a well equipped kitchen and nice, updated appliances. The outdoor amenities were a big plus and one of the reasons we chose this home. The property manager was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very inviting inside and outside, 1 king suite and 4 queen beds plus 3 couches.

Easy access to VRBO, lots of kitchen and gathering area, 3 full baths and one powder room. More outdoor space for relaxing and fun. Wish the pool was heated without an extra charge. Would return.

Outstanding & spacious house with huge property that is well equipped.The VRBO listing was accurate or maybe under stated.We had a few questions when we arrived but the property management team are quick to respond & are helpful.We would book this again in a heart beat.

We were charged for a pool that we paid to heat and it didn’t work, the bbq was leaking major gas and exploded and lit me on fire and nothing is happening with responses.

Paradise Heights Review

This vacation home provided many activities for my family to enjoy and stay busy during our stay. The listing accurately reflected the home and its features. Beds were very comfortable. Only negative to this home was the numerous bugs we found throughout the home.

Beautiful home but a lot of things were somewhat run down/not as good as they could be. The pool heat is not worth the money as it has a hard time really heating up either the pool or the spa. The grill was in pretty rough shape and the outdoor shower didn’t work. One thing that would've made it better is if the kitchen had some basics stocked (i.e. k cups for the keurig, cooking spray/oil, spices, etc).

Guests are welcome to bring their own supplies. For the pool and spa, we require at least 3 days’ notice to heat the pool, as it takes time to reach a comfortable temperature. Please note that the pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time, as there is only one heater; you would need to select either the pool or the spa to heat. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve the guest experience.

Vacation with friends / young kids

Property was as advertised. House easily accommodated 6 adults and 4 kids from 6 months to 6 years. Outdoor basketball court and pool area was great. Full fence around pool allowed for safety with children around. No issues with property. Lots of space. Clean and interesting desert landscaping. Great place to escape and relax for a few days.

Great space, but comes with extra fees

Very nice, spacious house. Plenty of space for a larger family stay. We were disappointed by extra fees (i.e., asked to pay 600 to heat the pool for 4 days). Listings of this caliber should not come with hidden extra fees for highlighted amenities. Otherwise, don't advertise that these amenities are "included".

To heat the pool at 150 a day is crazy. Also, listing indicates there was a hot tub, but there was no way to turn on the jets and without paying to heat the pool it doesn’t get hot.No instructions for the various household items are provided.

The positive was the house was a nice size and fit our family well and was in a good location. The negative was finding out the day before we arrived the grill did not work, which was included in the list of amenities. We grill the majority of our meals so this was an inconvenience. The biggest negative was paying 150 per day for heating the pool and hot tub and the majority of time the heat was not working. The hot tub was unable to get up to temperature and the pool heated up sometimes but the majority of time it did not reach a temp our grandkids could be in. In addition, we really had to push hard that something was not right with the pool heat. they told us more than once we could only heat one at a time and I. understood that. But, we let them know the tablet to control the pool and the heater were Not working. They finally agreed to send someone out to look at the heating and it was out of propane. in addition, even after the propane fill, the heat was not working properly. The heating system does not seem to work. we had a few adults trying to problem solve and we all agreed the tablet is a terrible solution- it continuously did not work. The final item was the pickle ball court. there was up to a 4 inch drop from the court to the rock which was very dangerous. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this property. It was pretty stressful for me promising the kids a pool and it not being warm enough to swim in the majority of the week.
