This gorgeous 3-story villa has simple, coastal elegance throughout! The first floor has been completely remodeled, starting with beautiful and durable vinyl plank flooring. The kitchen is a soft and bright space with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, farmhouse sink and lower cabinet drawers that all pull out for easy reach of cookware. The kitchen is adjacent to the laundry room which walks out to the private, dual-headed outdoor shower. You will only want to shower outside!
The dining room table will seat ten and is the perfect space for cards, games and puzzles. The living area is open and bright with comfortable seating, a large smart tv and walks out the double French sliders to the patio. Enjoy a margarita while you grill your fresh catch from the cove right in your backyard.
The second floor has a great room for kids with a double bunk bed & trundle, plush carpeting, smart tv and private bathroom. There is also a primary suite on this level with ample closet space and en suite bath, plush carpeting and soothing coastal tones that wrap around the king size bed. The third floor has the second primary suite with spectacular carpeting, king size bed, en suite bath and a personal coffee and wine bar. You will want to stay here all morning soaking in the amazing sunrise views of Braddock Cove.

If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.
* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.
