Welcome to Sailfish Nest B, a beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath duplex located in the heart of Holmes Beach—just a short stroll from the pristine white sands of Anna Maria Island.

Step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed, open-concept living space with all-new furnishings. Relax in the cozy living room with a good book or stream your favorite shows after a sun-filled day at the beach. The adjacent dining area and fully updated kitchen feature brand-new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and stunning quartz countertops—perfect for preparing meals with ease.

The primary suite offers a king-size bed, new furnishings, and a private ensuite with a modern walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and access to a beautifully renovated hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room that can be used for additional guests.

We spent 11 nights in the home, and were extremely happy with not only the beautiful condition of the home but the overall layout and supplies provided by the ownership. When we decided to stay at the house and not visit the beach the family fun that was created by the pool and pool lounge/ gaming area eas fantastic!! We willn100% stay at thie location again. Also, Tamie was great to work with...!

Sailfish had just what we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was responsive to questions and any issues were resolved right away. The proximity to the beach was the key aspect that we enjoyed. We also cooked a fair amount and the kitchen met all our basic needs.

Great property & location to beach

We had a wonderful 2 week stay . The location is perfect for beach lovers or just for hanging out by the pool or hot tub ! The house is well maintained, comfy beds & the kitchen nicely equipped ! Tami is a wonderful host & reached out to us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation ! Would definitely rent again !

The beach house was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. It was spotless, exactly as pictured, and the hot tub was heated. We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The property had plenty of room for our family, washer/dryer and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. The trip to the beach was made easy with access to a beach cart, chairs and umbrellas provided by the owner. The beach access was just a short walk away and easy to get too. Tami was very accommodating and quick to reply when one of the tires was low on the beach cart and had a tire pump sent over night. We will absolutely rent this place again!! Thank you for such an outstanding beach house experience.

Perfect home close to beach with private pool

We have stayed at this property several times but this is the first time with Sailfish properties. We highly recommend this property and Tamie at Sailfish. The house is immaculate. The pool area is beautiful, a perfect place to hang out in the evening with a large tv, dining table and small refrigerator. The location is very convenient to the beach ( about 5 min walk) and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. We had one minor issue that we had to contact SailfishProperties for- it was taken care of immediately.

PERFECT! Great location, beautiful home with amazing outdoor space, very clean!

This was our first, but not last, visit to AMI and it was PERFECT! Sailfish Nest was perfect for our family of four with two preteens! The neighborhood was very calm and peaceful and close to everything. The home was extremely clean and filled with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, quality pots and pans, small appliances, bakeware, and even food storage containers. There was plenty of space to prepare meals and enjoy them inside or outside at the spacious dinner tables. The outdoor living area was perfect! When we weren't at the beach, we spent our time playing in to pool, relaxing in the spa, and playing ping pong (this was a hit with our kids). The outdoor furniture was great quality and everything was very clean. The beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, cooler, and beach/pool toys were an unexpected and welcome surprise! They were all in great condition and made packing up for the beach so easy. The beach was absolutely incredible!! The white sand and turquoise waters are breathtaking! Make it a priority to take the short walk to the beach and catch every sunrise and sunset. And be sure to visit Bean Point....even more incredible views! AMI was the perfect fall getaway and we can't wait to return!

Absolutely amazing!

This property is gorgeous and so well appointed! Everything was in pristine condition, and perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay again! The pool and spa are so nice, and the beach is very close. The area is so beautiful, it felt like a resort stay with private resort amenities. Hard to say good-bye, but can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect vacation spot to unwind.

Extremely pleased with the property. It had everything we could want or need. Probably the first property we've rented that had zero issues. Great outdoor area, plenty of beach supplies, comfortable bed, a/c kept the house cooler than temperature setting, covered carport kept our car cool, pool umbrellas allowed you to enjoy the pool all day and no issues with bugs. I could go on and on.
