This new three story home, offers sound views from every bedroom and a great room with an abundance of seating for the whole family. The modern kitchen has everything needed to prepare perfect family feasts. The three large bedrooms offer en suite private bathrooms and wall mounted Smart TVs.
Hop on the elevator to make carrying luggage and groceries a breeze. Large laundry room and full size washer and dryer add to convenience. Ground level recreation room with queen sleeper and big screen tv creates the perfect hangout spot!

Sea Casa offers the best of both sand & sea with Sound Access just 200ft away and the Beach a short stroll just 900 ft away.
Enjoy outdoor fun day & night. Complementary kayaks & paddle boards ensure Seaside fun with boogie boards, beach wagon, and chairs making a day at the beach an easy outing. After daytime fun, rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy evening fun playing corn hole or gathered around the fire pit.

Family vacation

We spent the week at sea casa with our 4 children aged 21,18, 12, and 11 plus 2 friends of our children. The house is beautiful and the lay out is great so that everyone had privacy if they wanted it. The kitchen is huge, plenty of counter space, great pots and pans, and plenty of dishware. We cooked many meals in the kitchen. The beach wagon was perfect for transporting all of our things to the beach. We appreciated the extra chairs and boogie boards because we did not bring along enough for everyone. My only suggestion for this property is to provide a vacuum for guests. Otherwise it was perfect!

1st time to Emerald Isle and did not disappoint

We were able to have an amazing time creating new memories on our trip to Emerald Isle and this house helped make it possible. My kids and I loved having the kayaks and paddle boards available for us to use in the sound, and having the wagons helped make the short walk to the beach more manageable. The location of the house was perfect, not too far from stores and restaurants but far enough away that you can't hear the noise from the roadway. Even with the neighboring houses being closer, you still feel a sense of privacy in the backyard. We will definitely be coming back to this one!

This house was perfect for our group. It had plenty of room and made it easy for everyone to have their own space. The location was perfect with access to both the sound and the ocean within walking distance. All the amenities were a great bonus also!

Great stay and Comfy Quarters

Property is beautiful, nicely decorated and very clean! We loved staying sound side to enjoy the beauty of the sound, including use of the kayaks and SUPs, and the beach is just across the road. Owners were great to work with and responded to any questions right away including working with us for any requests. Thanks so much!!

1st trip to EI

We had a great week in EI. The house was perfectly situated between the sound and the beach. Easy access for kayaking. Nice to have a beach wagon for the short walks to public access. House was super clean and we enjoyed having 3 bedrooms and bathrooms for 3 couples. The elevator was as handy for loading and unloading luggage. Very well appointed kitchen. Home owner was quick to respond to any questions.

It was a beautiful home. And location was great!! We enjoyed having all four of our kids and daughter in law together ( from Hawaii, Navy, Virginia and Minnesota). Great memories made!! Our only regret is that we didn’t make reservations for a longer stay!!

Fabulous Family Getaway!

We had a wonderful time staying at Sea Casa! It’s perfect for visiting the beach and the sound! We had 2 family members over 80 and a wheelchair bound family member so an elevator was a must. The kitchen is perfect for all types of meals. We used the kayaks and would have definitely used the beach items had we visited during a warmer time. Chris responded to all of my questions quickly and checkin was simple!

Great house

My fave house so far. Elevator saved the day for allowing my elderly mom to join us. Fantastic kitchen, walk-in pantry, laundry room, and remote access closed garages. Didn't use the kayaks or fire pit but next time...

Great location and home!!

We absolutely loved your house and our vacation on Emerald Isle!! The weather wasn’t the greatest, but we made the best of it! The location was perfect for the walk to the beach access. We walked with our toddler triplets and it wasn’t too long at all. It’s nice to stay at a place that has walking access because we don’t want to load sandy wet kids in the van. Overall, it was amazing, and we definitely would come back!!

Amazing!!!

There aren’t enough words to accurately describe Sea Casa! It is a beautiful, clean, amazing property with everything you could possibly need and more provided. The elevator made unloading bags and groceries a breeze. The kids and I loved having the kayaks and paddle boards to use on the sound which is just steps away and the beach cart was perfect for the short walk to the beach! Hands down the best vacation house we’ve ever stayed in!

I wish there were 10 stars to give!

Wow- on every level this property and owner Chris exceeded our expectations! The house was immaculate and filled with every amenity and goodie. No butler, but who needed one when everything was so fabulous! The bedrooms were nicely furnished with comfy beds and nice quality linens. The bathrooms were spotless and had hand soap and plenty of towels. For those of you new to VRBO, this is not usually the case. The sofa bed on GF was comfortable for my 6'5" 325 17 y/o to sleep in, cheerfully! Each bedroom and the family rooms - yes, rooms- had big smart tvs which were user friendly. The kitchen was very well equipped- did I mention my partner is a French chef? We cooked a ton of meals in the house and found the kitchen equipped with nearly everything we needed. I say "nearly everything" only bc we were traveling with my giant son along with two serious athletes in their early 20s, my adult daughter, and then my squeeze and I. In an ideal world, a large stock pot to boil pasta, etc. would be nice but we were able to make it work just fine with complete set of cookware provided. Note- really nice quality- and we are picky about cookware (see French chef above...) The hosts provide a deck of cards and some games for our enjoyment which was nice. I forgot to bring the Rummikub for our trip. Ordered one from Amazon, who because the house is so new (like still super sparkly) jerked me around for 5 days. I hope that the game arrived sometime after we left for the next guests to enjoy. I mention Amazon and the delivery issue in case you forget your Scrabble game... The outdoor goodies provided were such a treat! It was so nice to not have to pack beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach cooler (and sand toys). Never used the wagons BC our guys were too cool, but it's there. The kayaks and paddleboards were a huge hit and a ton of fun. (life jackets inc.). Intercoastal and beach are super close. Outdoor shower is great, spigots on side of house and outside front door were clutch! Owner provided garage access via app and clicker, door locked w/ code all handy for extra adults. Laundry is huge with new huge W/D. Hosts gave dish and laundry pods to last the week- nice touch! Didn't try cornhole/firepit but look nice. Can't wait to come back! Best VRBO ever for us!

Lovely, Clean, and Comfortable Property

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Casa very much. The home itself is tastefully appointed. The elevator is a nice touch, which we used to bring up groceries as well as to move in and move out. We spent most of our time on the third floor, in the spacious living room next to the kitchen. Having a half bath there was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with very nice items (Food Network) and has a large pantry, which made it convenient to store our groceries. The walk to the beach was a little more difficult than we expected, as you must go uphill and cross a very busy road. We didn’t have any problems, however. The host is incredibly helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend this beautiful pink house!

Wonderful stay in a terrific house

We can't say enough good things about this listing, property, and Chris. From a thoughtful welcoming gift, owner-provided linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and beach toys/cart on site, we were pleasantly surprised by how all of the great reviews matched the actual house. The neighborhood was super friendly, too. I would enthusiastically recommend staying at Sea Casa, even though it might risk availability for a return visit by our family! We are North Carolina natives and a proud military family. After nearly 20 years traveling the world we had our hearts set on obtaining a family vacation home to make beautiful memories and Emerald Isle was our dream location. It seemed that fate stepped in when we found this house just a week after my return from Afghanistan in September 2021, so we took the plunge. Setting up Sea Casa together has been a labor of love and we hope that our guests enjoy the beauty and relaxation as much as we do! We have two kids in college at ECU and this location allows us to spend quality with them on weekends without traveling too far.

We love the friendly small town feel of Emerald Isle and the opportunity to enjoy the best of both Sound and Ocean. We enjoy having enough space to entertain friends and family and prepare big family meals before enjoying time outside by the fire pit.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Close access to the sound makes it easy to spend quality time together kayaking or paddle boarding.
A short walk to the beach is a year round perk, we love sunrises and sunsets over the water.
Great local restaurants and bars make for fun date nights if we feel like getting out, but if we feel like staying in there's no better place for a relaxing night by the water.
