With breathtaking views of Little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico, this open concept condo will be your family's favorite place to create lasting memories at the beach. Lagoon Tower is located on West Beach in Gulf Shores. With only two units per floor and 32 total units, you will enjoy the space and privacy of this low-density building along with your private beach access and boardwalk.

THE SPACE: This elegant condo features beautiful floor to ceiling glass for spectacular views from any room. You will appreciate the upgraded appliances in the fully stocked kitchen when cooking your beach specialties. We provide both a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. Enjoy your morning coffee on the oversized balcony! The wet bar features a sink and has a beverage fridge to keep your extra drinks ice cold. The comfortable living area with a sofa sleeper is open to the kitchen and dining area with seating for six at the dining table and three additional seats at the island. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer and is large enough to store your beach gear. For your entertainment, every bedroom has a Roku smart TV. Everyone has their own space and bath for privacy. The master bedroom has a king bed, an en suite master bath with a walk-in shower, separate jetted tub and double vanities. Bedrooms #2 and #3 both have queen beds and en suite baths with tub/shower combinations. With the sofa sleeper in the living room, the unit comfortably sleeps eight people. Free Wi-Fi is provided during your stay.

THE PROPERTY: Lagoon Tower amenities include a beautiful indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness facility and outdoor grills. The fishing pier has a fish cleaning station. The pier is available with first come/first serve boat slips. However, slips are not guaranteed, can't be reserved and off-site parking must be used for boat trailers. No motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the parking area.

Your DEEDED BEACH ACCESS and private boardwalk are located just across the parking lot, (100 yards) a short 5-minute walk from the condo. A beach cart is provided for your use and a convenient outdoor shower is available to wash sand away. The sugar white sand beaches of Gulf Shores are like no other and it's time to treat yourself to this oasis!

THE AREA: You will be in the heart of Gulf Shores within minutes to shopping, restaurants, festivals, and entertainment. Bahama Bob's Beach Side Café, Surfside Pizza and Ice Cream, Island Outfitters and Seaside Package convenience store are a short 3-mile drive away. Enjoy the local cuisine and shopping at local boutiques, The Wharf in Orange Beach or Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley. The Wharf has shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC Classic Wharf 15 Theater. Catch a thrill on the rides at the new OWA Amusement Park, along with restaurants and shopping. Local attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA waterpark. Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding, trails and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, golfing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise.

Additional information: You must be 25 to secure rental. Proof of age is required. Non-smoking unit both inside and on the balcony. No pets. No parties. Max 2 vehicles allowed. Parking passes are included and charged at time of reservation. No boats or trailers allowed on property. A STARTER SET of paper towels and toilet paper are provided. Bring extra, if staying longer than a couple days. No smoking allowed in the unit, or on porches or balconies.
