This property was great, it had ample space and the place was very clean. At first it was a little interesting because the property is behind another property in its own stand alone building similar but it turned out to be a great perk because we were not exactly on Cannon Street away from all the car traffic and the restaurant music. Please note that you could have other guests right below you as this unit is the entire top floor. As for the location, there were some great restaurants around walking distance and everything is within a 8-12 dollar Uber/Lyft ride. It was very convenient and glad we were far enough from the highway. The driveway is somewhat narrow but enough to drive an SUV through, just be careful but having 2 designated spots is very nice as it’s hidden from the public view. We would definitely be back and highly recommend this place.

Adorable place with plenty of parking. Clean, cute and comfortable. Near tons of great restaurants and breakfast spots. Shopping just a stroll away as well. We will be back!

Overall great place however the kitchen was poorly stocked. No storage containers for food. No plastic wrap, foil or any time of food storage wraps. No Kleenex anywhere, no broom or swifter covers to clean up. Biggest negative no washer/dryer and gym and sauna were located at a different address.

This property was wonderful for our party of 5. Clean, well stocked kitchen. Centrally located wnd close to lots of good dining places. Right across the street from a great bakery - almost too close! The porch (with requisite blue ceiling) was a great place to chill after a day of sightseeing. Parking was off the street and plentiful. A great place to use as a base to visit old Charleston.

Very comfortable beds and place was very clean. The location is ideal for walking all along King St & the historical downtown. The common areas are well appointed and comfotable, but not a lot of room for 6 plus a child.

We were VERY pleased with the property and the entire rental process. The apartment was perfect for our quick outing. It was close to the Charleston activities, and the surrounding area was charming with several eating places within walking distance.

Fantastic location!

Stayed here for a girl’s trip and the location was ideal! You can walk to several restaurants and to King street! Highly recommend if you are looking for a quieter location that is still very ideal for the hotspot locations.

Wonderful Stay

Great place to stay and relax in Charleston. Walking distance to King Street so you don't have to mess with parking. It was also very quiet.I'll being staying here again when I return to Charleston.
