Wonderful complete remodel. :) Breathtakingly relaxing. Spacious with every amenity you could need is provided for your enjoyment. Comfortable beds, kid-friendly, game room, games, and more. You will LOVE staying here! book it now!

Total remodel top to bottom! 7 miles from Anna Maria Island and several popular beaches. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds all with good lighting, USB ports, and outlets for all charging needs. Great for kids and spending time with loved ones. Ping pong, foosball, mini basketball hoop, XL wall mounted connect 4, chalkboard, board games. 4 fun walkie-talkies (plan to bring AA batteries - often get left "on") Open and spacious great room with new quartz counters. Indoor seating for 8 (table) and 6 (breakfast bar). Coffee station with Keurig and drip machine. Some K cups were provided and basic coffee grounds. Outdoor dining space for 14+ with a table that extends. Heated pool. Fire pit area. Quiet neighborhood with great restaurants, groceries, smoothie stands, and activities nearby. Dog parks, trails, parks, and more.

Parking is driveway only. The street is narrow, so please park in the driveway and do not block the sidewalk. Room for 4 cars, but not more.

Quiet family-oriented neighborhood. Nice homes line the streets and are just two blocks from Bradenton Country Club.

It’s great to have a car but there are parks within walking distance that have trails throughout.

Please make sure you understand this is in a quiet neighborhood with neighboring houses in close proximity. Not a good house for parties/gatherings/late nights by the pool. Quiet hours are 10 pm-8 am. Please help us keep neighbors happy by being extra considerate of your noise when outside after hours.

Really enjoyed our stay here, our host, Christy was very responsive and timely with any minor issues that we had to deal with. Kitchen was fully stocked with necessities, we loved the oversized island. Entire place was clean would definitely stay here again.

Great!

We had a really nice, relaxing experience. It was the perfect size for our family - two adults and four kids 
 my oldest son was competing at Junior Nationals for rowing - in Sarasota - so he was staying with his team 
 but this home would have accommodated him as well if he had stayed with us. The kitchen was beautiful and the kids loved the two chairs hanging from the ceiling.

Pretty good place...

Overall this was a pretty good place, but could be even better, especially for the price. The pool is nice, decor is beachy, and it is fairly comfortable but not "high end". The beds are okay (feel like foam ones but not pillow-top comfy) and there is just enough of everything but could have more. For ex., there is seating in the living room but not nearly enough for a house that fits 8 people (a sectional would be a better use of space), the swings are fun but create a lot of unused space for seating, there were three dish towels, which last 1 day and you have to wash again, there is patio furniture but the cushions are seem to be replacements, they are not not plush/very comfortable, etc. It also seems a little dark in the place as there are storm shutters that are propped over the windows and don't let a lot of light in. The neighborhood seems transitional, it is not in the the really nice part of Bradenton. It is only 15 minutes from Anna Maria Island beaches but that is early morning or late evening, not the mid-morning when it takes at least 40 minutes to get to the beach. There was only one broken beach umbrella but in contacting the owner, she quickly reimbursed us for purchasing two to leave at the house, which was nice. However, I expected that would have been sorted before we arrived. I also wish there was recycling at the house. Again, good but not as high-end as other places we've stayed at similar price points. Nice owner.

Fantastic place! This is the real deal, I kid you not.

Everything from our initial contact with the owner till our departure was exemplary. Christy quickly answered my many pestering questions from the very start and all throughout our stay. The home is very very well equipped with lots of games and toys for our young grandchildren , who also loved the suspended swinging chairs and more. Many beach chairs, umbrella and a device (carriage like) to carry much of the above while on the beaches which were an easy drive to. Tons of towels provided, modern washer and dryer. Rooms, beds were modern and comfortable and the a/c worked very well. Tons of space for the kids to play indoors and yet enough space (great layout) for the adults to eat and chat/play games, watch TV (new) also. Very quiet residential neighborhood which we really appreciated. We used the bbq a few times and everyone enjoyed the pool a ton! Grandkids spent LOTS of time in there with us. Super bonus was the ping pong table which we all used. Publix and other stores are close by. Christy is the best landlord, communicator I've ever encountered and the information she provided electronically and the in house manual was very very useful and helpful, especially suggestions re places to visit, restaurants ,beaches were very much appreciated. A lot of thought and client consideration was put into this home. ! We really all had a wonderful time here!

Perfect Getaway

From checking in to checking out, our vacation was a dream! My family and I needed a house close enough to the beach but with plenty of space to keep 3 kids (two of them being energetic 3 year olds) entertained while there. This was it! The house is spacious, BEAUTIFUL, includes a perfect sized pool and the property manager Christy couldn’t have been more helpful! If you’re thinking of booking a stay here, my family and I definitely recommend it!

Sadly, we only were able to stay two nights of our eight night stay before Hurricane Milton came to Bradenton but the house was very nice, just as described and Christy was WONDERFUL to work with when we had to leave early. She truly went above and beyond to help us and we are so grateful. Would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful home!!

We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous property! The place was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished and decorated, and even more beautiful in person.The space was perfect for our families. The kitchen had all the basics though we didn't do any cooking on this vacation. The pool and lanai were well furnished and spacious as well. The neighborhood was quiet and everything was a short ride away. The owners were very attentive, accommodating and quick to respond to our questions and request. We look forward to going back again!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Fabulous home- beautifully decorated, plenty of space with everything you need! Celebrated my moms 80th birthday there with 7 adults, 3 kids and everyone was comfortable and we had a blast. The pool is a great size, the game room with ping pong table was a big hit, and the great room was the perfect place for us to gather for games, karaoke, and visiting. The host responded to messages quickly and was super sweet about a special request thst came up. Would definitely come back!!

Would rent again!

Overall the house was incredible. Very roomy, fully stocked with all of your needs and then some. There were a few things that need attention - the ceiling fan in master didn't work, there was no full length mirror in master, the floors could have been cleaner in the main living area, my grandsons hands and feet were pretty dirty from crawling. One of the beach umbrellas was broken, which wasn't discovered until we were already at the beach. A few of the beach chairs were badly rusted. Also, there was an outlet on the Island that is missing a plate cover, and that could have been very dangerous had we not been keeping an eye on our grandchild. Again, these aren't huge issues and wouldn't keep me from going back. The owner was very attentive and the house really was very nice and centrally located. Highly recommend.

Florida getaway

Great layout to the property, beautifully decorated and fully stocked/loaded with everything you need. Nice neighbourhood, centrally located to meet all our vacation needs and close to the store for groceries. Host is super fast with communication and meeting any accommodations you need. Lovely stay overall.

Excellent in every way!

What a perfect place for our family to relax! The kitchen was wonderful and had everything you could possibly need to cook and or bake. The kids were in the pool every single day... Multiple times. We would highly recommend this place to anybody but especially to big families. Very clean, very well taken care of. The owner/management company was great to work with.

House was great for both our families. Inside of the house has been recently renovated and very nice. The only thing I would have to say negative which is a 8/10 is the outside back yard could of been pressure washed and cleaned a little better but overall 9/10 for sure.

Wonderful!

We came to Bradenton for a quick getaway from the cold weather and Christy and her house did not disappoint! she was extremely accommodating. The house was Clean, Great beds, Plenty of quality linens, modern decor, wonderful coffee bar, super washer/dryer, a fun game room, beach chairs, cooler. She thought of everything. The pictures are accurate. We worked remotely on the Lanai everyday! We enjoyed Coquina beach and drove to Sarasota for some great dinners. Christy was a great Host. Highly recommend 5 STARS

Business Trip

This is a nicely appointed home in a nice very quiet middle class neighborhood near downtown Bradenton and the water and beaches. So very conveniently located. The home is just as pictured. The common area is large and very comfortable. The kitchen has all you need and loved the coffee bar being separate. Nice frig/freezer with indoor ice and water. The home is well maintained. The beds are very comfortable, even my husband commented how well he slept and that his back felt great. We didn't get to use all the amenities unfortunately, but the patio is great. I stuck my hand in the pool and the warm temperature was perfect. Also, we had a problem getting the TV "youtubeTV" which is the main channel to come on. I called Christie and she was "Johnny on the Spot". She stayed on the call with me till the issue was resolved which was about 10 min. I would definitely rent this property again. Kudos for the vibe and comfort of your home. Other VRBO homes should take a page out of your book Christy. Even your instruction guide book was easy to read and very well done.
