Beautiful home in a nice place

Summary:
This is a great home in a wonderful area for your family. This is a great 3/2 in a peaceful neighborhood. Includes memory foam beds, fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of back yard. The fence is NOT fully connected in the back yard so if you bring your pet please don't just let them run loose. This house is over 1,000 sq feet so plenty of room for you and your guest. Early checkins/late check outs are possible depending on our booked schedule and cleaners.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

Important Information:

ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests).

Local Guests Policy:
Guests with a primary residence within 50 km of the property will not be accommodated and their reservations will be canceled.

Pet Policy:

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property.
A non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $125 per stay applies.

Sleeping Capacity:

Maximum capacity: 6 guests
All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person, per night.
Check-In/Check-Out:

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.

Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
