IMPORTANT NOTES

You must be 25 or older to book this property. No smoking. No parties or events. Boats, trailers, and motorcycles are not allowed. Guests are responsible for any fines incurred for violating parking rules.



PET POLICY

This home is dog-friendly for up to two dogs, 25 lbs max. Guests must notify us upon booking if bringing a dog. A pet fee applies, per pet. The following breeds are prohibited by association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull.



RULES FOR RENTING WITH A DOG

• Dog must be older than 9 months

• Dog must remain on a leash when outside of the house

• Guests must clean up after their dog

• No excessive barking
