Wonderful stay in Salt Lake City!

Everything about this rental was perfect! Easy check-in, excellent Wi-Fi, wonderful and spacious home. We were a family group and this house allowed all of us to be together but not “on top of each other”. The large kitchen was a wonderful gathering spot, the bedrooms very comfortable and a very large back yard space for outside dinners. We took nightly walks in the beautiful park just a couple of blocks away. The location near the Capitol also gave us plenty of activity within walking distance of the house. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home for anyone - families or friends. A

Disaster!!!! Nightmare!!

I cannot comment on the property BECAUSE the unit was double booked we never made it inside!!Imagine 10 of us., a disabled adult, a travel nurse, , 2 toddlers, and family standing on the sidewalk well after midnight on a winters night only to find the code was not eligible!!We had no idea what to do next!! The owner blamed the “system “How did the system accept double down payment, double final payment?? No one noticed the double deposits since we booked 11/24The guest that was lucky enough to arrive before us was the most helpful!!!!!The property manager gave us 2 different names ! Why? Yes we were tired, nervous and frustrated! He was unprofessional and rude no help actually hung up on us!!! Offered zero solutions Our groceries had been delivered, dozens of texts back and forth, never once was this huge blunder caught!!I would never want a family to ever go through this !

Beautiful house

The house was wonderful! All updated yet still with so much beautiful character from the original house. Lots of space to spread out and relax. The yard and hot tub are a great space. Lots of amenities- shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper…. And lots of kitchen gadgets and things. Walking distance to capitol, Temple Square and the mall! Madelyn handled a couple of minor issues in a timely and professional manner. Which was so much appreciated. I would highly recommend this house if you are visiting Salt Lake City!

Everything about this place was awesome. The beds were super comfortable the linen was nice. The house was amazing. Loved the renovations but still kept its historic charm. Proximity was super nice to all the downtown restaurants

Amazing property

This is our favorite place to stay in SLC for a big group! It’s nicely updated, clean, fully equipped and has a great outdoor space and is a great location. Madelyn is very responsive also.

Beautiful Historic Property! We loved it!

This house was amazing! So much history and tastefully remodeled so they left the important old features of the home. So much space and storage. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more! We were pleasantly surprised with how stocked it was honestly. A large group of us flew into town for a Scentsy Convention and this house could not be more perfect for an event at the Convention Center! We even walked one day. It was also an easy drive or Uber. The yard was also beautiful! This is the best VRBO we ever stayed in!

Great property in a perfect location

This is an incredible property in an amazing location, walking distance to Temple Square and the Capitol building. Great host with good communication. One issue while we were there which Madelyn resolved and made sure we were satisfied. Could not ask for more. Would be happy to stay here again.

Perfect for a corporate retreat or a relaxing getaway.
You can see the original flooring throughout the home, in fact we keep a book in the living room on the main floor of this house and what makes it so historic.
