This property was filthy. The ceiling fans were so dirty we couldn’t even use them. The carpets were stained and very dirty. In one of the showers you had to stand in water while showering. The drain was clogged. The oven was also very dirty. We had to fill the propane tank before using the grill. There were burned out light bulbs, no carafe for the coffee maker, only 2 dishcloths and minimal wash cloths for the bathrooms.

Family Stay

The propert is in need of maintenance and upkeep. shower faucet loose For cooking, there was not a proper set up of cookware. Did not have a skillet and many other items that are needed to cook family meals. Greatfully we were able to utilize cookware and other items from my daughters home. Instruction on how to light the fireplace were compliantly wrong and misleading. Not having enough bath towels was a problem. Not having dish towels paper towels was a problem. We have stayed at many properties and this one just did not live up to the expectations that we have seen in previous properties. We got the impression that this property was nickel and dining every thing that is needed. I would not recommend this for a place to stay

Thank you for your response but I have to disagree with all the statement made. I’m a super host in Airb&b with over 40 reviews Not even one person, well state that my place is short with maintenance. Lola and her guests damage my property like the bathrooms. Stain all my white towels, broke my master bedroom fossett and damage my walls. I do not recommend her with any host. There are written ✏️ signs and labels 🔖 on everything to make it easy to follow. Lola and her guests had hard time finding things but steel manage to damage my property.

Mixed review

The neighborhood and house itself were very nice. It was large enough to accommodate our family and had plenty of extra pads for any little ones who wanted to sleep near their parents. Unfortunately, our first impression was reflective of the care that went into the place. The plants around the house were overgrown and messy, and the lawn was full of weeds (with thorns), so not a good place for the kids to run around. There were also many things that reflected lack of acceptable standards inside the house. For instance, the sheets on the master bed were bleach stained, torn, and didn't even fit the bed. Many of the towels provided were ragged, and there was only about an inch of liquid soap in each soap dispenser, and only used bars of soap in the showers. Cleanliness was lacking as well. The showers and glass enclosures had not been properly cleaned, we found hair around the sinks in the bathroom, and a number of drawers and cabinets in the bathrooms had dried spills of some kind in them that had not been wiped up. We even found a half-eaten candy bar in a drawer in one of the bedside tables in a bedroom! The refrigerator had not been cleaned out, and held food left from previous occupants. One faucet in the master bath leaked and the handle fell off the other. There was not enough toilet paper or Kleenex tissues, which we had to purchase, along with paper towels to leave the place clean, as requested by the owner. There also was no vacuum cleaner available, and the trash can outside was full before we even arrived, leaving little room to deposit our trash. Overall, we would give this place a "D," and suggest that it has the potential to be a very nice place to stay. However, much more attention needed to be given to details to reach that goal.

Thank you for your response, and thank you for allowing us to be your hosts. We have team of cleaners and they need every minute of time to clean up the property since it’s about 5,000 sft early check in will do this. When we say check In is At 3pm it’s very important that you come on that time, we need all the time to set upon the property. The bed sheets are Brand new but guests like to put them in the washer and use bleach Which we will start charging them. The guests usually leave somethings and the kitchen after there stay to help the next guests so we leave that to them if they don’t want it they simple throw it away. The biggest thing for a host is communication, without any communication we will not be able to accommodate your needs if you have hard time with anything, just simply communicate with your host so they could take care of it then and there. Without any communication this review is just Written fiction with no facts.

Red Rock concert

Great place to stay to enjoy a concert at red rocks and went to a Rockies game. Plenty of room at the house for 9 adults.

Just as beautiful as the pictures.

This home accommodated our large family gathering for a very special occasion. It is perfectly located within close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. But you'll also enjoy the ability to dine in and watch movies as a family in this eloquent, yet extremely comfortable home. It was well worth the price.
