This place was AMAZING!! I think it was formerly the model unit for this super cute neighborhood and it shows! Beautifully decorated. Super clean! And wonderful sheets, pillows and towels…not cheap stuff that some rentals have. The kitchen has every detail you would need, including a coffee grinder! We even found a small cooler in the pantry which was great for the weekend. We would 100% recommend and book again.

Nice quiet neighborhood and house had all the amenities. Beds were comfortable. Garage parking was a nice perk. Door to master bedroom and bathroom squeak but that was the only negative to overall experience. Near some nice restaurants like Ted’s Montana Grill.

Corporate travel

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With a team traveling decided to something different instead of hotel rooms. The only challenge is that there are two locations that come up with this address. One is at a warehouse 20 minutes away and one is the actual house. Excellent home, once everyone made it. Very satisfied.

What a beautiful place in a great location. My wife and I decided we needed a short getaway and this is the place to be. The neighborhood is close to the airport but surprisingly you can’t hear the planes. The neighborhood is a new development and very very quiet. This house is very clean with an added bonus of garage entry. When we come back to this area we are definitely going to stay here again.

Great stay with my family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed in this wonderful home for 4 nights and had a great experience the photos of the home were true to form and the house looked exactly as pictured. Everything we needed was provided for including plenty of linen and kitchenware. It was also VERY clean. We did notice some of the interior lights (master bed, living area) were on a timer and would come on but we just turned them off if we didn’t need them. The home was very close to the airport and rarely close to downtown which was a convenience for us. The house is also in a new and quiet neighborhood. My daughter and I took a few walks around and really enjoyed it. We would definitely come back to stay here the next time we visit Denver.
