—OUTSIDE FUN—

Dock:
★A sturdy concrete dock with a 12x30 boat slip with a 10x10 wave runner slip to store your water boat and wave runners at during your vacation. There is an enjoyable dock bar with a mini fridge to keep your drinks cold on a hot day. We provide fishing gear, life jackets, a lily pad, floaties and of course that 8 foot tall slide to slide down!

Decks:
★ There are multiple hangout spots on the decks! The top deck has the Grill and seating to enjoy your morning coffee at, the beautiful pergola is a cozy setting to sit around the fire table and the lower deck has gliding chairs that are the perfect place to catch the sunsets on.

Backyard:
★There is so much to do! Relax in the 8 person hot tub with jets and lights all around. Enjoy the sandbox where the kiddos can build sandcastles while you enjoy your drink. Roast marshmallows at the Firepit area while soaking in the main channel views - and of course jump into the lake from this private dock featuring a slide, fishing gear and a slip to store your boat!

—INSIDE FUN—

★Games:
Grab your friends and compete with a round of Foosball, play some Connect Four, card games or Xbox the night away in the movie room. In this all encompassing basement space your options are limitless!

—THE HOME—

❖There are 4 sleeping areas, 2 bathrooms and 2 living spaces on 2 separate different levels. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, hot cocoa and cooking supplies. The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, extra towels, beach towels and toilet paper.

Level 1:
❖This level has 2 private bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower/tub, a beautiful open concept kitchen with a sectional couch facing a 65" TV. The large laundry room is also on this level.

Level 2:
❖ The lower level has a handy kitchenette with a wine cooler, a wrap around sectional facing a 65"TV with an Xbox, full sized bunkbeds, a bedroom, a bathroom and the game room with a foosball table.

—BATHROOMS—

★There are 2 full bathrooms, one located on each level for easy access. There is a hairdryer in the main bathroom and plenty of fresh towels and bathroom essentials provided during your stay. One is a shower only, the other is a shower and a tub combo.

—HIGHLIGHTS OF THE HOME—

★Living Rooms:
The upstairs living space is in the center of the action, close to the kitchen and the upper deck. The lower living room is a great place to kickback and watch a movie after a long day at the lake. Both living spaces have 65” smart TVs where you can stream Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+ for free or log into your own account if you prefer.

★Kitchen:
The kitchen is stocked with supplies so you can start the morning off right cooking pancakes on the breakfast skillet to ending the day Barbecuing on the back deck. We supply Keurig coffee, hot cocoa and tea- drink what you like- it's on us!

★Parking:
You can fit up to 6 cars at the house. 2-3 cars on the gravel and 2-3 cars on the concrete, all in front of the house. No parking on the side or back of the home. The gravel parking has easy access right off the main road without any drastic slops - Such a rare find for the lake!

★Kids:
Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play, baby monitor and a high chair located onsite. There are card games, foosball table, boardgames, books, sandbox and an Xbox for kids of all ages to play after a long day at the lake.

★Dogs:
Always dog friendly! We provide doggie bags, dog bowls, a dog bed and extra toys. The block across the street from the home is an easy 14 minute walk that we highly recommend taking your dogs on.

★Location:
Close to entertainment by land and water

Please Note:
The hot tub is scheduled for servicing on Wednesdays. Our technician will take care of it on the side of the home, so no action is required from you. This should not disrupt your stay in any way
