if you want space we have it--beautiful house on 8 acres with stocked pond. Great fire pit outside for nights and cold days. Lots of parking for fishermen and their boats. Mill Creek Park boat ramp about 5 min from house. You will see stars like never before.

The property offered way more than was expected or advertised. The entire booking process was easy. The host and owner maintained contact from the beginning and throughout the stay. This is definitely a hidden gem. Everything was better than expected. We did not realize the property had an additional man cave for hanging out and cooking! Nothing about this could have been any better! Will definitely be back!

This was our second stay! Comfortable, clean, and great location. Kids throughly enjoyed the game room and fishing. Caught (and released) several nice bass. Even 2 with one cast… Thank you!

Ill start by saying the pictures do not do this house justice. It was awesome from the amentites to the quickness of responses. I cant give the place enough praise. Literally 5 min feom boat ramp at mill creek. Nice and private away from main road. Will be staying here again! Do your self a favor and book it if you are looking for a place at Rayburm.

Perfect for Bass Anglers

Myself and my college bass team stayed for tournament at Sam Rayburn. Plenty of room inside and out for 11 people and 6 trucks with boats. Highly recommend. Will be back!

Amazing Property

This is a beautiful house and piece of property! It was perfect for our family while we were in town for a family reunion. The large game room was a perfect hangout after a long day at the lake. The firepit made for a wonderful place to gather and make s'mores while watching the stars. By far, one of my most favorite houses we've ever rented in the area. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful property and awesome house. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The game room was lots of fun. No details overlooked including bottled water for the coffee pot. Returning this week for another 3 nights.

Perfect for the bass fishermen

6 of us travelled from Oklahoma to fish Sam Rayburn. The property was absolutely perfect. Just a few minutes from the Mill Creek boat ramps. Plenty of room for 4 boats. Outside cooking areas were great. Everyone had a great time. Hope to do it again next year. Thanks.

The Perfect Fit

This house is a hidden gem in deep East Texas. We were in town for a 3 day baseball tournament and the house was perfect. Great place to relax in between games, the shop/game room was a big hit for young boys and men. Great location within a short distance to numerous restaurants. The hosts were great, stayed in communication with any questions and even let us have a late checkout. Oh and the fish were biting in the pond! Highly recommend

Cozy weekend getaway

In town for a high school fishing tournament. Great place with plenty of room for two families. Plenty of room to park boats. It was a chilly weekend, we enjoyed the fireplace inside the house and the firepit outside. Owner provided plenty of wood and accommodations for both. The house was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. The teenagers enjoyed throwing a line in the pond, shooting hoops and hanging in the soon to be available game room. So much outdoor room and close proximity to Lake Sam Rayburn and the Rayburn Country Resort Golf Coarse. It was the perfect place to stay, we will be back!

Relaxing getaway

This is not our first time staying at this home. We plan on making this our relaxing home anytime we would like to get away for all the hustle and bustle. This trip was amazing. we were contacted a week before our stay, that we would be able to do an early check in. Then the day before our departure we got a text that their was no rush to check out. When I tell you Scott and Anita are the best host that we have ever come across. They have everything at the home that you could think of. I needed a big pot to make a gumbo because we had forgot ours, text Anita and when we return from the store the pot was waiting for us. The home and the host are the absolute best. We highly recommend this place. we will be back soon.

MEMORIAL WEEKEND FAMILY BLAST!

This property was absolutely beautiful and had everything you needed to insure a weekend of nothing but fun and laughter. The fire ring was a bonus as our younger children loved to roast marshmallows for smores! The home was VERY clean with very comfortable bedding that allowed everyone to have a great night's rest. The home was decorated with little Memorial Day goodie baskets that made us feel very welcomed the moment we arrived!! Also, the "MAN CAVE" aka game room was the selling point of our stay. The HUGE metal shop had our whole group star struck the moment we walked in. It had a pool table, air hockey, basketball nets, big screen TVs, poker table and so much more. This really allowed my family to bond even more while on vacation!! I will defiantly book again and will always give it a 5-star review!!!!
