Great location, perfect for a small family

Great pool and hot tub in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Perfect location for a family of golfers. Easy to get tee times and we even chipped around on hole 14 after the golfers all went home. Would definitely recommend!

Our group has such a great time at this beautiful home! We loved being right on the golf course! The pool area was amazing and the house was the perfect size for what we needed! We would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay here again! Thank you!

Very pretty view

The property was very clean and in a great location, it has a very pretty view of the golf course in the back. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Kayla was very responsive and was great to work with.

Very Nice Home

The house and area are very nice and quite. The shopping is a little ways away but makes the area not so busy with traffic. I believe a grill on the patio would be a great improvement. We enjoyed the pool and spa very much. Temperature was awesome.

A Bonafide 5-Star Stay!

We came for a vacation week in Cape Coral to visit family, enjoy the sunshine, beach & ocean. The pictures and listing were 100% accurate and 1st class. The property was clean, well appointed with everything we needed, and very comfortable! The pool, hot tub, private backyard overlooking the golf course, and quiet neighborhood (perfect for taking long walks), were all amazing. The host, Kayla, communicated well with us, but we really didn't need anything! The mattresses were extremely comfortable... which was a surprise. This is usually were you have to just accept mediocrity when vacationing, but not here! The kitchen had all the tools & appliances needed to dine in, including some coffee, creamers, & sweeteners to get you started upon arrival. Groceries, drug store, & restaurants within 10 minutes from home. Wifi made it easy to checkin with work while on vacation, and plenty of smart tvs around the home to keep everyone busy during rest breaks. Thank you, Kayla, for sharing your beautiful home with us! We definitely want to come back here!

A Slice of Paradise in Cape Coral - 5 Stars!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Kayla's wonderful Cape Coral home, and it was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived until the day we reluctantly departed, our experience was nothing but exceptional. If you're looking for a vacation home with all the amenities and a host who goes above and beyond, look no further! The first thing that struck us was the sheer beauty of the property. The home is nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, offering the perfect blend of serenity and convenience. The lush greenery and well-manicured landscaping gave us an immediate sense of calm and relaxation. But what truly took our breath away was the backyard oasis! The hot tub and pool were the stars of the show. The pool area was immaculate, and we spent countless hours basking in the Florida sun, taking refreshing dips, and watching the breathtaking sunsets from the comfort of our poolside lounge chairs. The hot tub was our evening retreat, soothing our muscles and providing a perfect spot for stargazing. It was like having our private spa right in the backyard. The interior of the home was just as impressive as the outdoor space. It was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The spacious living areas and well-appointed kitchen provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kayla has truly thought of every detail to ensure her guests have a memorable experience.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. The home is beautiful, in a great neighborhood, & offered so many great amenities. From a well equipped kitchen, beach/pool toys & gear, great room set ups, and of course the gorgeous lanai with the perfect pool/spa for the whole family. We also loved having lanai access from two of the three bedrooms as well as the dining area. Another great perk was the ability to see the outdoor area from all around the house. We loved that everything in the house was also labeled as to where remotes went to, the light switches are all labeled, and there are various lists throughout the house to tell you how to operate different things like tvs/pool&spa iPad/outdoor space. The sunsets were immaculate from the pool view too! We would 1000% recommend this home to anyone & will definitely be back again! The communication with the host was easy & quick response every time we needed anything.
