1800 sqft 1 story home. 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, 2 bathrooms. Large kitchen, living room, dining area, fireplace, screened porch, laundry room, and plenty of free parking. 1 mile to historic Old Town Cottonwood with great restaurants, bars, music, local wineries and tastings, & unique shops. Close to Sedona, Jerome, Verde Valley Wine Trail, Verde Canyon Railroad in Clarksdale, Dead Horse Ranch State Park, Out of Africa, and Blazin M Ranch. Walk to Verde Valley Hospital. Residential neighborhood. No parties or pets. Home is on a dead end street. No 3rd party bookings permitted.

Spring 2023: Home has an additional 600 sqft guest suite on the far side of the home with its own private entrance. and is not part of this rental. The suite guest utilizes the driveway to access their private entrance only. They do not park in the driveway or share any other part of the front or backyard.

5 Star Venue!

I have frequently used the VRBO platform for travel both in and out the US and in my opinion this venue was top notch…spacious, well appointed, and super clean…easy access and comfortable beds…lovely sun room and also outdoor area with grill…what more could you ask for!!!!????

Cottonwood Stay 10 out of 10!

What a great place to stay for the week with our family in Cottonwood! The home is immaculate and clean with a back porch and outside area for great family fun! The kitchen was stocked as well as the bathrooms. Such a delight to stay in a place that seriously thinks about what guests really need! We would highly recommend staying here! The communication with the host was superb and we had such a great stay and created many memories to last a lifetime!

This property was perfect! Easy to find, easy to check in once my friends settled down so I could hear instructions.!The house was perfect!! Beautifully decorated, with touches of Valentines decor, so sweet and appreciated! Very generous amenities, well stocked linen closet with everything you might need, thank you for that! The kitchen had everything! Coffee, sugar, salt pepper oil, everything you might need, and a basket with goodies in the kitchen for us. So generous, and we felt cared for! I highly recommend this property for a quick weekend or a long vacation. Plenty to see and do. Thanks again!

Great Property. Would Stay Again.

Great property and location. Spacious and clean. We were a family of four adults. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked well for us. Kitchen stocked. Check in/out process easy. Owners responsive provided recommendations. The property is in a residual area; and there is a place to park your vehicle, maybe two. It is a 3-5 minute drive to Old Town. Old Town has many restaurants and shops. Sedona is about a 15-20 minute drive. Would stay here again.

Great spot in Cottonwood

Jeanne and Chris thought of everything to make a memorable stay. The home was impeccably clean. Anything you need was provided. Jeanne was quick to respond and helpful. They provided a book with information and suggestions about the area. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful stay in Cottonwood

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Cottonwood. The property was spotless when we arrived. Very spacious living area and kitchen, and comfortable bed!! Great home! Great location!

We stayed here with four adults for a long weekend to visit Cottonwood & Jerome. The host made the check in very easy and the same for the check out. We had a question during our stay and the host was very quick to assist and answer. This home is a great size, VERY clean and it has everything you need to be comfortable. The living room area was great for relaxing and watching movie's after a day out. This is a great location, only a few minute drive into Cottonwood for all of the restaurants and shops and also a quick drive up to Jerome. I would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in this area and we would stay again for another visit.

Stay in Cottonwood

Lovely property with owners who were very easy to communicate with. Home was very clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and lots of thoughtful touches throughout. Close to many restaurants and the grocery. Not far from many famous sites in Sedona but far enough to be away from the crowds. Will absolutely stay here again if we return.

Cottonwood Fun!

The house was perfect for our family of 4. Everything we needed was there! The fire places in and out were a great touch. Pleanty of great restaurants and the area itself, has so much history and things to see and do! Don't miss Jerome it's a fun place!

Great location for first trip to Sedona area

We had a great stay. The place has everything you need and more. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends/family. The rental is a short walk to Old Cottonwood. Close to Jerome and Clarkdale, and only 30 min to Sedona. We had delicious meals at Colt Grill and the Hilltop Winery. Lots of hiking just a short drive away. We did the Boynton Vortex and Devil Bridge (hint: the road is a shorter walk from the parking lot.

We enjoyed our long weekend at this home. It provided plenty of space both indoor and outdoor. Great location as the start and ending point if you want to head to Jerome & Sedona. Lots of wineries and restaurants in the Cottonwood area. The check-in & out process was super easy and the communication with the host was exceptional.

Every little detailed covered.

We stayed at this amazing home over Labor Day weekend with some friends to spend time in Jerome, cottonwood, and Sedona. It was the perfect home base. This house has all the amenities of home while also paying special attention to little details and things you may have forgotten. It was clean, well kept, check in was easy, and the hosts were absolutely wonderful to work with. I highly recommend staying here and we would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent home just as described!

This was a warm and welcoming home and everything that you could need or want was provided by the host. All was top quality. The beds were a bit hard for some of the “older” bodies in my group. Great communication with the host throughout the week when it came to questions about the home, the area, etc. Great host and location. Would highly recommend!

Great Location!!!!

Super clean home within a mile from downtown & shopping. Located off the main drag with quick access to Jerome and surrounding communities. The boys loved the candy and popsicles in the kitchen - was a nice treat! Great for families.
