The space

This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is designed for comfort and convenience. The home accommodates a total of 8 people, offering the following sleeping arrangements and amenities:
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2: Offers a king-size bed. Bedroom 3: Includes 2 twin-size convertible sleeper chairs with linens.
***Note: If you have 8 guests, the home provides 2 individual sleeper cots for 2 additional people.
Bathrooms: Bathrooms feature walk-in showers, and one bathroom includes a shower/tub combination. Living Room: A flatscreen Smart TV is available for your use during your stay. You will need to log into your own streaming accounts using Roku. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, a blender, toaster, microwave, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker. A small supply of coffee is provided to get you started. Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for your needs, with a small supply of detergent provided for your use.

This area is a quiet, serene community. Noise carries easily. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 9pm. NO parties allowed.

Other things to note

** This property does have exterior security cameras on the premises** While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience! Please do not exceed the occupancy of 8 guests at any given time. Please, no parties, or smoking in or around the property. Additional fines for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund. If you desire an early check in, We often have same day check outs and check ins so we need to ensure that our cleaner has enough time to properly clean and restock the home and that our maintenance crew has sufficient time to take care of any needed items prior to your arrival. If early check in is available we will notify you. Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking. We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.
