This is a wonderful 3 bedroom, two bath condo with a great open floor plan that sleeps 10. New flooring was just installed this Winter and it is wonderful. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin, and the third bedroom has a set of bunks with queen size on the bottom and twin on top. there is also a queen Murphy Bed in the common space. The three bedrooms provide great privacy options that you do not have with a two bedroom! This condo also has a wonderful balcony where your family can watch the sunset in an awesome private setting every evening! Come and enjoy!

Regency Towers is an amazing beach front paradise with sugar-white sand and emerald green water as well as a place of adventure and fun! The experience just can't be beat. Total relaxation is a sure thing at Regency Towers Resort as you recline on the Gulf-front pool deck and sip on your favorite drink from Bikini Bob's Tiki Bar and Grill. Or enjoy the beach chair with umbrella service that is include with your stay. The amenities at Regency Towers are abundant ! When and if you tire of the beautiful beach spend some time at either of the two large pools and also enjoy the indoor jetted hot tub. The billiard room is a favorite family activity and for the exercise enthusiast the state of art workout room is available. The property is gated with a guard at the entrance so security is at a high level. Regency Towers is located at the East End of the beach which is an added plus because traffic is never an issue but you are conveniently located to all the attractions Panama City Beach has to offer. You will have the opportunity to enjoy amenities such as the tennis and shuffleboard courts, two large pools (one heated), hot tub, kiddie pool, billiard room (with pool table, darts, and card table). The pool area also sports the amazing Tiki Bar- BIKINI BOB'S with a full menu of cocktails, beer, wine, and food at great prices. To top off the experience, The Tiki Bar provides music throughout the day. Regency Towers provides a large grassy park area to play Frisbee, soccer, throw a ball, etc. There are grills and beach front bench swings, perfect for grilling out and enjoying the brilliant sun sets as well. There are nightly events scheduled during the summer such as movie night on the East lawn at dusk, Water slides at the pool on Wednesdays, Karaoke on the pool deck, and especially fun is the beach bon fire on Friday nights. (During summer season) Panama City Beach has been hosting vacationers for many years and the entire area is full of fun things to do!
At the beach you can rent jet skis, go tubing or parasailing, diving, snorkeling, etc. The Marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter deep sea fishing trips, Sunset Cruise, Dolphin Watching, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or Not. St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf. We recommend you Google these establishments for detailed information on the sites that specifically interest you and your family.

Open Air Dining is awesome on the beach as there are so many wonderful places to eat and listen to live music nightly in a very relaxed atmosphere. If you want fine dining experience you can enjoy Salt Water Grill, Firefly Restaurant, Grand Marlin Restaurant, or Captain Anderson's, just to name a few!

The location is perfect as Regency Towers is convenient to all the local attractions and the traffic is much less on this East end of the beach. If you have a shopping enthusiast in your group you must visit Pier Park. It is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca! You can even catch a free concert at the Pier Park amphitheater every Thursday night all summer! Just bring your cooler and chairs and sit on the lawn. It's a great experience. Day time activities are abundant on the beach and the night life and dancing are limitless also. We are extending our southern hospitality to you as we want to share our piece of paradise!
