The lower level has direct access to the oceanfront patio equipped with a 6 seat patio table for family dinners and an outdoor sofa/patio lounge with a propane fire pit for the cool afternoons spent enjoying one of our many beautiful California Sunset.

This property is located in West Newport on 74th St perfect for the family that wants to get away with the conveniences of walking to the corner store, coffee shops, and a small handful of restaurants. For those of you planning to bring or rent bicycles, EVERYTHING IS ONLY A BIKE RIDE AWAY.
- Huntington Beach Pier and Pacific City (15 Minutes on Bike)
- Newport Pier (15 Minutes on Bike)
- Balboa Pier (25 Minutes on Bike)
- West Newport (56th) (3 minutes on Bike)
- Balboa Island (35 Minutes on Bike)
- Balboa Fun Zone (30 minutes on Bike)

IMPORTANT HOME NOTES - MUST READ
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
-This is a DUPLEX HOME, you are renting Identical Upper and Lower 3 Bed/2Bath Units.
- DAYTIME & OVERNIGHT Maximum Occupancy Limit - 16
(You may not exceed Occupancy without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management)
-Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Must Provide Documentation for Service Animals.
- (4) Designated parking spots are provided. (2) Garage Spot and (2) covered carport spot behind the garage parked in tandem . Height 6 feet (72 inches) width 7 feet X 9 inches) (93 Inches) Compact and mid size vehicles recommended. At this location height can be an issue. Large/Tall vehicles will need to park on the street.
- Home has multiple sets of stairs. 1 to access the 2nd level apartment and 1/2 staircases (6 stairs) leading from the living room to the bedrooms in each apt.
-Crib/Pack n' Play & High Chair must be requested prior to your stay.
- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
-In the winter season, coastal sand remediation projects often take place on the beach adjacent to the property.
