Enjoy ocean views from the edge of Wailea and directly across the street from the soft sandy shores of Kamaole Beach Park II. Kamaole Sands 10-203 is located on the lower end of the property within quick walking distance to the beach. Our clean, spacious and comfortable holiday home creates the perfect space to experience an unforgettable South Maui vacation.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: On-site construction will take place from April 2024 to December 2025, focusing on pipe upgrades and roof work. Noise should be expected. Please bear with us.

Kamaole Sands Resort is conveniently located in Kihei, Maui, across South Kihei Rd. from the Kamaole Beach parks. The South Kihei beach parks are an amazing spot to enjoy the ocean and watch amazing Maui sunsets. Kihei boat ramp is just down the street where you can find the best Maui boat excursions including Molokini snorkel trips or fishing charters. You can't beat this convenient location, just a few minutes from all the Kihei shopping and restaurants and also a few minutes from the luxury of Wailea Resort area and the famous Shops at Wailea.
Effective 6/1/25 Resort Fees: There is a one-time $40.00 + tax resort fee & $35 registration fee that is collected by the resort upon check in.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui's rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don't kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants' personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control.
