@TucsonMuralHouse is an original 1950s midcentury ranch with the modern traveler in mind!
✓ The newly remodeled bathrooms have luxury finishes like quartz counters, Italian ceramic tiles, limestone floors and in the Main Bathroom, curbless walk-in shower and locally made UltraLights vanity light.
✓ Two Casper King beds
✓ White noise machines, locally made shutters in all bedrooms, and blackout curtains in the living room.
✓ To help get your first morning started, there is a coffee maker that accommodates both ground coffee and Keurig cups. We supply starter set of either individually packaged coffee grounds or K-cups (not always both), creamer and sugar. You’re also welcome to bring your own!
✓ The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, basic spices, coffee machine, blender, rice cooker, oven toaster and more.
✓ French doors in the breakfast nook with up/down blinds to let in as much or as little natural light as you’d like.
✓ Original pool with surrounding open space to lounge (pool is not heated).
✓ Dedicated workspaces with desks + chairs/bench.
✓ Comcast Xfinity internet with Wi-Fi extension. (Yes, you can work outside, under the covered porch, by the pool!)
✓ Smart TV (with built-in apps) so you may sign into your accounts. We offer HBOMax.

We are eco-friendly!
✓ There’s recycling, dual-flush toilets, water-efficient shower heads, energy-efficient LED lighting, the washer/dryer is a commercial-grade Whirlpool front-loading set with Eco option, and we offer starter laundry supplies.
✓ We provide starter cruelty-free, made in the USA, Beekman 1802 Fresh Air personal care products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and bar soap. These amenities are packaged in 100% recyclable plastic bottles.

Settle under the covered porch, by the pool or in the hot tub, and enjoy the amazing Tucson sunsets, golf course and wildlife (don’t worry, the backyard is enclosed)!
✓ There are plenty of seating options with connected bistro tables and seating for six; two loungers; and two reclining chairs.
✓ The covered porch provides sun protection so you could spend all day outside, protected under the shade. Enjoy the beautiful Tucson sunsets and in the evening, continue to enjoy the porch under the Mexican pendants for cascading lights while listening to the neighboring owls and coyotes.
✓ This is a super quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you please keep voices down and music off after 10 p.m. We have indoor and outdoor noise monitoring machines that DO NOT record audio; rather, they monitor for specific sustained decibels.
✓ Because this is a quiet residential neighborhood, we don't allow parties, events, or other large gatherings. If you’d like to have friends or family over, please let us know in advance.
✓ There is a long driveway that winds around the house to the two-car garage.
✓ There is a non-heated pool in the backyard with no immediate fence around it, so we do not recommend our house for children. Please note, we are not liable for any incidents in regard to the pool.
✓ Please review the photos of the layout and make sure the space matches your needs!

Guests have access to the entire house except the following areas:
- Owner's closet in the Main Bedroom. (Don’t worry, there are two closets in this bedroom and the larger one is yours to use!)
- Supplies closets in the laundry room.

✓ For stays beyond 3 weeks, a mid-stay professional cleaning will be included. We can schedule a time when you're out adventuring.
✓ The listing sleeps 6 adults total.
✓ There is a non-heated pool in the backyard with no immediate fence surrounding it, so we do not recommend our house for children. Please note, we are not liable for any incidents in regard to the pool.
✓ PLEASE no glass in the outdoor area, we provide plastic drinkware for use by the pool and hot tub.
✓ The house has a septic system. PLEASE do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
✓ Relax in our shoe-free house with complimentary single-use slippers!
