Cozy Spacious Condo with SLOPESIDE LOCATION! You can walk to Canyon Lodge to enjoy the slopes.

The underground parking with direct access to condo allows you to park and unload your car without having to walk through the snow. This 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo provides plenty of space for your family and friends. Master bedroom with KING bed on 1st level with 2nd bedroom with another KING bed (and 2 bunk beds/4 twin beds) on second level loft with open area to relax and spread out. St. Anton has community pool, recreation center and laundry. Easy access to the village as we are on the shuttle route as well as next to the gondola.

The location was great. An easy walk to the slopes from the complex. It was made easier after the first day by renting a locker in the base lodge to leave skis and poles in. The unit was kept up well and had everything we needed to prepare our own meals and the layout was fine. A nice touch was all the device chargers available by each side of all the beds.The hot tubs were not working while we were there but the owners have no control over that. We shuttled from the airport in Bishop so parking was not an issue for us, but if we had driven the parking garage would have made access to the unit even easier.

No where better on the mountain!

60 second walk to Mammoth, furnished with everything you need, hot tub + sauna, indoor parking and a full communication with Host. Could not recommend this apartment more!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy two-bedroom condo in Mammoth Lakes! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing mountain getaway.Even though we didn’t ski on this trip, the location couldn’t have been better — just about 100 feet to Canyon Lodge and an easy 10-minute walk to the Village. We loved being able to stroll to dinner or coffee without ever needing to drive.The condo itself felt like home — warm, inviting, and thoughtfully stocked with everything from kitchen essentials to extra blankets for those chilly evenings. You can tell the owners put a lot of care into making sure guests feel comfortable.We’d absolutely stay here again. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking for convenience, charm, and a true Mammoth experience!

St. Anton Condo

Our stay was great! The condo was clean, updated, well stocked and had plenty of room. We asked if we could possibly have an early check in and the owner's were quick to respond. We arrived around 12:30 and the unit was cleaned and ready. We will for sure stay here again.

Awesome Spot Walking Distance to Canyon

Myself and two good friends stayed here this past weekend. The condo is in a great complex only a short walk to canyon lodge. The complex is quiet and has a great hot tub setup. The condo itself is updated and very clean. The unit had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable and easy. It’s bigger than the pictures make it seem and Kathy the owner is extremely responsive in working to make your stay enjoyable. Everything in the unit worked and the beds were very comfortable! Parking is a breeze and the location is hard to beat.

Beautiful Condo!

This place is awesome. Very clean and new appliances. The closeness to Canyon lodge is unbeatable! There’s nothing like not having to load up your car with all your gear and find parking. You just walk right over! The place was quiet and lovely and our host was so attentive to any questions we had during our stay! We loved every minute of our weekend.

GarKathy's getaway was a comfy place steps from Canyon Lodge! It was pleasure to spend more time there than we had planned. The mountains and nature decided on epic blizzard for us instead. The host was helpful and assisted with any questions, concerns or issues that came up. Great condo close to slopes (no matter how many lifts may be open)!

The week before Christmas

We stayed 4 nights midweek. The host directions were detailed and clear. I have stayed in quite a few VRBO places and this was really one of the best. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee, and had everything we needed except chopsticks which we had :).The location at Canyon Lodge was perfect. We walked right up to chair 16 very cool. We took my mom down to the village on the V gondola which is free.Thanks for the lodging!

The location was excellent. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner checked in constantly to make sure we had everything we needed. The check in and check out were easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Hello! My name is Kathy and my husband is Gary, hence the name Garkath Getaway. We have been vacationing in Mammoth for over 30 years and love both seasons. This is our first vacation rental property so please be patient and let us know what we can do to provide a memorable experience for you.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose this property because it provided all that we look for when staying in Mammoth. The underground parking direct access to the condo, the view, the ability to walk to the slopes, and the space to spread out and relax. And, my husbands loves Austria hof :-)

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

I hope this condo provides the cozy retreat you are looking for. As mentioned above, this condo hit all of our checklist items for both seasons. The bike room and the ski locker in the garage definitely sealed the deal as we can store both our summer and winter toys where it is safe and easy. Plus we love to come home for lunch and happy hour as the mountain can be a little pricey <3
