Island Royale Penthouse 104 2 bd 2 ba gulf-front New polywood balcony furn

Island Royale P104 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the penthouse level overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1015 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops with washer and dryer house in separate laundry room. There are two full baths. The gulf-side primary bedroom has a king bed with an en suite bathroom with standalone walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with access from the bedroom to the hall bath, which has a tub/shower combo. The living room has a sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6 people.

Island Royale is a 16 story building with 6 units per floor located 0.8 miles west of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Island Royale has swim-thru pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna and exercise room. The property also has a grilling/picnic area. There is a 2 car limit. Must be 25 years old to rent. Island Royale is a NO SMOKING facility. Smoking is allowed only by the bbq area.


STAY AND PLAY

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

Property was exactly as described it was very clean and had a great location. Was exactly what we looking peace and quiet with a wonderful view. Only issue is that the ice maker in the refrigerator made about one glass of ice a day.

Great Trip

Unit was very clean, had everthing we needed, great view!!! The only downside was uncomfortable mattress in master suite. Over all, we had a wonderfull time.

One word of caution, your covered reserved spot by the elevators is TIGHT. We were in a Toyota Sequoia and it fit - but everyone except the driver had to exit first. Other than that - EXCELLENT CONDO!

The stay was great and we had an awesome time. The only con to the whole trip was that if you rent beach chairs from Ike’s(the beach personnel was great)was to get down there early enough to get stuff out out in front of chairs you rent. Anyone can setup in front of you after you have paid the money to rent the chairs and umbrellas. Which blocks your view of why you rented the chairs in the first place. It was cheaper for us to rent from Ike’s instead of buying and hauling beach stuff down. We had a great time overall.

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our week in the rental was mixed. We loved the view of the beach and ocean. The rental needs updating, when you consider it was over $2,000 for a week. The sheets did not fit the bed. They were too small so came off every night. The recliner was on a partial recliner as it doesn't go back all the way. Dresser in the bedroom is extremely cheap, as the drawers would nearly fall out when opened. Coffee maker is old and does not make hot coffee any longer.

Hello! Thank you for the great review. We are so happy to hear this guest enjoyed their stay with us. We would love to host them again, so we hope they call us for their next visit. The coffee pot has been replaced with a brand new standard coffee maker and the condo also has a Keurig for use. The dresser has been checked and is in great condition. The recliner is brand new and does not lie down flat. The sheet issue will be addressed, . February getaway in Gulf Shores

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third time we've rented with Gulf Shores rental. This year we were very well satisfied with the arrangement. The condo was nicely decorated, clean, centrally located, beautiful beachfront location, furniture was adequate, appliances worked well. We got to enjoy the pool, hot tub, soaking up the sun because it was one of the best February's in years. Most of our favorite restaurants are nearby with "snowbirds specials". Mardi Grais parade is a joyful event. Both checking in checking out was easy, elevators were readily available. We did notice the heat/ air seemed not to be working right, the people at Gulf Shores rental sent a repairman over and took care of it in a very timely manner. We would hope to return in coming years to enjoy the beautiful white sand beach.
