Telfair Loft 211: Parking Cost Covered Downtown

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the most ideal location near Telfair Square and Ellis Square. Each bedroom has a King size bed and en suite bathroom.. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with beautiful granite counters. View of Broughton Street from the front bedroom and living room. View of Barnard Street from 2nd Bedroom.

We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small $5 per day fee to use our access card. If you do not wish to use our garage card or have additional vehicles, all day parking on street and at select parking garages is best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app of your phone.

We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. Very Noisy

The property was great and great location but if you plan on going to bed at a decent time and sleeping you can hang it up, very noisy outside from vehicle noise, very loud music, and the pub crawls

Great location but extremely noisy from 9pm-4am

While the location is excellent with walking distance to everything it is far from excellent on peace and quiet. Noise started early evening and continues until 4 am with cars racing, people yelling and partying to all hours. We stayed downtown so we could just park and walk but it would be wiser to book by Forsyth Park where it is quite and peaceful and drive to downtown and pay the parking fees.

Telfair stay

Apartment was clean, convenient, and appeared to be newly updated. Location is great for walking. They also offer a parking pass to a nearby garage which is so nice as not all properties do. As we stay in this building frequently, we were prepared with a noise machine, but know that the rooms are noisy at night. The only thing I would recommend (or bring my own) is extra pillows.

Perfect Downtown Location!

My friends and I stayed here for our weekend getaway, and we were so glad we picked this property! It was located in an ideal spot downtown where everything we wanted/needed was walking distance. It was a safe area to walk around even after midnight. The options for restaurants and stores to shop at around us were so abundant that we were never bored. Ultimately, we were able to walk wherever we wanted and really got to enjoy the greenery and quaint buildings that downtown Savannah had to offer. As for the unit itself, it was plenty spacious for 4 people. The place was clean and had everything we needed. There was a Walgreens across the street that was convenient for anything we otherwise didn’t pack or the unit didn’t have. It was just really nice to have 2 bathrooms along with king-sized beds, so we felt comfortable and relaxed for the weekend. Would definitely recommend this property to people who want to be near the hustle and bustle of downtown Savannah.

Overall, this property was great. I read other reviews before booking this property, so we were prepared for the noise from the street. The location of this property was fantastic for exploring historic Savannah. Side note, there was no wifi access for this unit.

A great location amazing apartment

This property is located in a great location. You can walk through the whole historical district from this property. The apartment is clean and very modern. On Friday and Saturday nights traffic noise is a little loud inside the apartment. Common areas of the building need to be cleaned. But overall a great place to stay. I would recommend and would stay here again.

Friends weekend

Property was conveniently located - loved that! As previous reviews stated the beds are comfy. It was a great setup for 2 couples! And it is noisy at night but weren't bothered. Great place. Our only issue is the light wouldn't turn off while still keeping the ceiling fan running. Oh well. It didn't ruin our weekend.

The location was good, you can hear all the noise from the street at night. I like the king size beds, the bedding could have been better quality. The place was clean but maybe needs a little paint in some places. The hallway smelled like dog, but condo smelled okay. Pretty good for the price.

Good location but….

This condo was in the heart of downtown so walkable to everywhere. BUT the drawback is the noise at night. Impossible to sleep between the sirens all night, the people yelling and general party noise until 4am. We were out late each night also but until 2am on Friday and 4am on Saturday of outside noise was not expected. Also, there is no tv service which isn’t made known before renting. We wanted to watch Kentucky Derby but after texting manager we were told due to age of building there is no service. The place was clean in general but the bathroom (front bedroom en suite) had mold around the air vent as well as dust balls along the top part of the walls. Beds were comfortable and kitchen appliances were nice.

The overall experience was horrible.Upon entering the building there was a strong odor of urine.After a few steps we saw a puddle of urine in the foyer.The elevator was so dark we had to use our flashlight on our phone to find the correct button. As we entered the room the odor was so bad i felt like it would linger on my clothes.The furniture was ripped and others had red stains on . Who knows what it was. After talking it over among us none of us felt comfortable or safe to stay. So we left the building and never went back in the room.We called only to be treated so rudely it was unbelievable.We were told that is how old building are in Savannah.We tried to contact the correct person to get our money back with no avail. This by far was the very worst experience I personally have ever had. We also were told because we arrived 30 minutes early the cleaning service may not be finished. They may be coming back. It was clear they had been there and done. You could tell the odor was attempted to be covered up but clearly was not.

The condo was very clean and looked to be updated recently. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was a Kroger about a couple miles away, the parking structure was about a short block and a half away. We thought having that parking spot was extremely important because Savannah does not have much parking available on the streets. However, after we arrived we did not need to go back to our car because everything is within walking distance. There are many restaurants, bars, tours and activities within a few blocks of the condo. The host Mary responded within minutes of our inquiries, would definitely recommend this place.

The location was amazing and it was beautiful. It was perfect for walking around and shopping and then coming back to drop off bags. The only major issue we had was the noise at night. It was very loud Friday and Saturday nights. Friday night had a lot of police presence. We would stay again. It could have been because it was Memorial Day weekend.

Savannah Getaway

This is a great condo, very spacious and airy. Updated and comfortable. Clean and bright. Big, Beautiful Windows, Looking right out over Broughton and Barnard. The location is fantastic! Right in the heart of Savannah Historic District.1 block from CityMarket, just a few blocks from River Street, We will stay here again!!

Telfair Loft is in a great location! Walking distance to almost everything - restaurants, shopping, waterfront, squares...The apartment had plenty of room for four adults. It is nicely updated. The parking pass was easy to use and nearby.The building needs to update the windows/clean the windows. They are not operational and very dirty.The elevator was a bit scary.Believe this and other reviews - the night noise is real. The traffic and people noise goes well into the early hours. We were there Fri. & Sat. nights. We had a great time in Savannah!
