âââââââWe are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small $5 per day fee to use our access card. If you do not wish to use our garage card or have additional vehicles, all day parking on street and at select parking garages is best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app of your phone.
We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. The property was great and great location but if you plan on going to bed at a decent time and sleeping you can hang it up, very noisy outside from vehicle noise, very loud music, and the pub crawls
The location was amazing and it was beautiful. It was perfect for walking around and shopping and then coming back to drop off bags. The only major issue we had was the noise at night. It was very loud Friday and Saturday nights. Friday night had a lot of police presence. We would stay again. It could have been because it was Memorial Day weekend.
Loved this condo. Cute, comfortable, and great location. Exactly as described. Walking distance from restaurants, shops, City Market, and River Street. Communication with the host was easy. Great place to stay!
This is a great condo, very spacious and airy. Updated and comfortable. Clean and bright. Big, Beautiful Windows, Looking right out over Broughton and Barnard. The location is fantastic! Right in the heart of Savannah Historic District.1 block from CityMarket, just a few blocks from River Street, We will stay here again!!
While the location is excellent with walking distance to everything it is far from excellent on peace and quiet. Noise started early evening and continues until 4 am with cars racing, people yelling and partying to all hours. We stayed downtown so we could just park and walk but it would be wiser to book by Forsyth Park where it is quite and peaceful and drive to downtown and pay the parking fees.
Enjoyed our brief stay at the Vrbo house ! We were exhausted after our time at the convention but it was the perfect location and the bed was extremely comfortable!
Apartment was clean, convenient, and appeared to be newly updated. Location is great for walking. They also offer a parking pass to a nearby garage which is so nice as not all properties do. As we stay in this building frequently, we were prepared with a noise machine, but know that the rooms are noisy at night. The only thing I would recommend (or bring my own) is extra pillows.
My friends and I stayed here for our weekend getaway, and we were so glad we picked this property! It was located in an ideal spot downtown where everything we wanted/needed was walking distance. It was a safe area to walk around even after midnight. The options for restaurants and stores to shop at around us were so abundant that we were never bored. Ultimately, we were able to walk wherever we wanted and really got to enjoy the greenery and quaint buildings that downtown Savannah had to offer. As for the unit itself, it was plenty spacious for 4 people. The place was clean and had everything we needed. There was a Walgreens across the street that was convenient for anything we otherwise didnât pack or the unit didnât have. It was just really nice to have 2 bathrooms along with king-sized beds, so we felt comfortable and relaxed for the weekend. Would definitely recommend this property to people who want to be near the hustle and bustle of downtown Savannah.
Loved staying close to historic areas, shopping and sightseeing in Savannah. The loft was roomy and perfect for our family of 5. It was nice to have convenient parking in a garage close by.
Telfair Loft is in a great location! Walking distance to almost everything - restaurants, shopping, waterfront, squares...The apartment had plenty of room for four adults. It is nicely updated. The parking pass was easy to use and nearby.The building needs to update the windows/clean the windows. They are not operational and very dirty.The elevator was a bit scary.Believe this and other reviews - the night noise is real. The traffic and people noise goes well into the early hours. We were there Fri. & Sat. nights. We had a great time in Savannah!
This was a beautiful place in the perfect location. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go. We were surrounded by wonderful places to eat. We will definitely be staying again when we return to Savannah.
We took this trip to celebrate my husbandâs retirement after 35 years with the same company. And our friends joined us and celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary. We had a great time.

The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, convenient location. The only downside is move your vehicle out of the parking garage before you check out or you have to pay $42 for parking
This is the exact location that some tourists hope for if they want to walk out their door and see dozens of "things to do" without having to search. All the best shops, restaurants, bars and museums are walking distance from this condo.
