This rental was clean, spacious and well appointed. It is located in the downtown historic district and is very accessible. Close to restaurants and activities, parks, very walkable. Only one minor issue with the description was that there is not an ice maker as was advertised. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Girls' Trip to Savannah

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE loved the location in the historic district of Savannah and this place fit well in the neighborhood. We had attractive large rooms, nice bathrooms and kitchen. We were able to park our car there and walk to about everything we wanted to see. We did have a problem with the large refrigerator not working properly and hope this has been addressed by now. There was another smaller refrigerator that we were able to use. The property was clean and well maintained. I would stay there again and recommend to other family or friends.

Property is perfectly situated to walk to everything in historic Savannah. It was very clean, comfy beds, and free parking made this perfect for our family of 5. The architecture of the interior also made it feel historic with the beams and fireplaces. The only thing lacking was the water pressure in the showers. It was central to everything, but still quiet to sleep at night. We had a great stay!

Excellent location for our visit. AC and refrigerator weren’t working when we arrived. First night was uncomfortable due to AC not cooling properly. Repairman came the second day to fix the AC and deliver a mini fridge. Master bed was very comfortable, sofa bed was not comfortable. Floors need to be mopped. House had everything we needed but a corkscrew.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Savannah location was great! Property is as described, although the back queen bedroom was quite warm. Both bathrooms are accessible thru the hallway so they’re not attached to the bedrooms, which worked for our group. The parking for two vehicles was good, but I recommend not bringing a truck, as it’s too long for the tandem parking. Booked thru VRBO, but I had to sign a separate contract with the owner and I didn’t receive any rewards on this property! Also couldn’t pull it up on my VRBO trips which made us nervous.

We loved how close this location was to the river and other places of interest. The tandem parking in back was pretty tight, but was thankful for the 2 spots. Everything inside this location was clean and nicely furnished.

Great, walkable location. The space was clean, nicely furnished and the perfect size for 2 couples. Having a designated parking space was a benefit. Would definitely recommend!

It was a beautiful place with an absolute great location! Walkable to the river and to Forsyth park. A super comfortable bed in master bedroom. Only issue was water pressure in the shower at times. So nice to have free parking right beside the unit! No stress at check out. Don’t need to worry about trash or dishes. Just lock up and leave! We had a great girls trip!

The ideal place to stay when visiting Savannah! Anything and everything you want to see in Savannah is within walking distance! The place was very clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The tandem parking spots provided were great since we had 2 vehicles. The host(s) were friendly and inquired about our stay and Lee had great conversations with them. I can’t wait to make a return visit!
