This clean and comfortable space was renovated in September of 2021 with new floors, paint, kitchen appliances, window coverings, ceiling fans along with new furniture, Serta mattresses, and bedding.

The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, plates, cups, and many other utensils. There is a microwave a drip coffee maker and in the dining area, there is a table and 6 chairs.
Just off the kitchen is a small back patio with outside furniture and fenced yard and we now allow well behaved dogs to stay, please read our Pet Policy before booking.

The living room is quite large with a 55” smart Tv, coffee table, and cloth couch and loveseat. There is a half bathroom downstairs as well.

All of the bedrooms are upstairs and they include an Ikea Queen-size Malm bed frame and mattress, a nightstand with a lamp, and clothing storage in the closet. There is central heat and air conditioning in the home along with ceiling fans. There is one bedroom that includes its own private full bathroom and the other two rooms share the second.

There is a parking lot in front that is shared with the neighbors but you have two spots and plenty of street parking.

I am available by phone and have a local cleaning service if anything is needed.

This is in a residential neighborhood just half a mile from the interstate and downtown.

This is an end unit in a fourplex so there are neighbors on one side and possible noise
All of the bedrooms are on the second floor, there is no elevator

There is a large parking lot in the front, you have two dedicated spaces and plenty of street parking. The lot is video monitered.

Someone is available during business hours or for emergencies via phone or text.

This condo is in a fourplex and sits inside a mixed residential neighborhood. There are newer homes and then some that are run down. It is a very safe area.

Williams has no public transport, but many local shuttle companies take you to the Grand Canyon or Sedona. Upon booking, expect a message with a link to our rental agreement.

Our cancellation policy states that a 100% refund will be given up to 30 days before arrival, and 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival. Please note that 4% of any cancellation will be withheld to cover credit card processing fees.
Pets:

There is a $75 fee for up to a 4 night stay. Please inquire for longer stays.

Up to two dogs are allowed in the home.

Keep pets off of the furniture and bedding.

Do not leave your dog unattended inside the home. We want to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.

Keep your dog leashed when not in the home or the back yard.

Please clean up after your pet promptly to keep the area clean and pleasant for all.
